    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform a connection work of tubular bodies without damaging. SOLUTION: The plug of one tubular body 1b is inserted into the socket of the other tubular body 1a to form a through-hole 2 on the side surfaces of both tubular bodies 1a, 1b. A bolt 5, wherein the outer circumferential tapered surface 3 is formed on the outer circumference thereof and a threaded part 4 is formed at both ends thereof, is inserted into the through-hole 2. After the insertion of the bolt 5, a spacer 7, wherein the inner circumferential tapered surface 6 is formed on the inner circumference thereof, is fitted to both ends thereof in the direction, making both tapered surfaces 3, 6 abutting on each other. Furthermore, a nut 8 is screwed into the threaded parts 4, 4 at both ends of the bolt 5 to cause the bolt 5 and both tapered surfaces 3, 6 of the spacer 7, and the inner surface of the through-hole 2 and the outer circumferential surface of the space 7 to be brought into pressure contact with each other, ensuring connection of both tubular bodies 1a, 1b. The diameter of the bolt 5 is smaller than the inner diameter of the through-hole 2, and the insertion of the bolt 5 into the through-hole can be smoothly executed without damaging the tubular bodies, with no risk of damaging the tubular bodies 1a, 1b caused by a wrong impact.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of conveniently discharging impurity in tube without being accompanied with a great quantity of waste water and elevation of flow velocity.
      SOLUTION: This discharge tool E is constituted by attaching a bag body 2 which has the opened large diameter end, has the closed small diameter end and is tapered to a radial frame 1 which is energized to the expansion side. This discharge tool E is inserted into a tube passage in such a manner that the large diameter end of the bag body 2 is directed to the upstream side and the small diameter end thereof is directed to the downstream side while contracting the frame 1, thereupon, the frame 1 is expanded by an energizing force, the outer edge is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tube passage and a space is generated between the inner peripheral surface of the tube passage and the large diameter end of the bag body 2. Thereby, the central part of the tube passage is closed by the bag body 2, the flow velocity is increased in the space of the peripheral part and, therefore, the impurity is efficiently allowed to flow to the down stream side.
