摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy checking of concrete filling conditions in the lower part of a hollow form without forming a through-hole, a window part and others in the hollow form.SOLUTION: A belt-like steel plate in which a recessed groove-shaped rib 2 for reinforcement is formed in a longitudinal direction is wound in a shape of spiral cylinder, and both ends of the cylindrical shape is blocked by a cover plate 4 so as to form a hollow form body 3. Tubular members 6 are installed from the upper part to the lower part of the hollow form body 3 to be along the rib 2 for reinforcement. The bottom edge of the tubular member 6 is located immediately below a hollow form 1. Concrete C is placed in a form 8 for concrete placing to reach the lower part of the hollow form 1 and a gauge 10 is inserted in the tubular member 6 so that a butt plate 13 of the gauge 10 butts against the upper opening of the tubular member 6. Next, the gauge 10 is pulled out and it is checked whether the concrete C is stuck to a predetermined position of an insertion part 12. From right/wrong of the quality of the adhesion state, filling conditions of the concrete C in the lower part of the hollow form 1 can be easily checked.
