摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for treating harmful substances capable of capturing easily dust containing dioxins and formaldehyde which cause pollution problems by scattering in air, asbestos containing harmful organic PRTR substances, scattering ash generated from dust-burning furnaces and constructions, whereby risk of exposure to workers or air pollution or surrounding pollution can be removed. SOLUTION: An agent for treating harmful substances comprises an aqueous solution of a polymer compound containing porous materials. By spraying the agent to constructions before breaking containing harmful substances or to a space wherein dust containing harmful substances is scattered, the harmful substances are captured by the agent, so that risk of exposure to workers and surrounding pollution is removed.
