    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a relationship between clutch pressure of an input clutch and braking force (brake pressure) generated by a brake device to a desired relationship, by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A device which can easily adjust the relationship between the clutch pressure of the input clutch and the braking force (the brake pressure) generated by the brake device to the desired relationship by the simple structure is provided with a draining oil passage which is branched from an oil passage for supplying pressure oil to the input clutch, and the draining oil passage is communicated with a tank. The draining oil passage is provided with a pressure reducing valve which increases the pressure oil flowing through the draining oil passage depending on the valve position to reduce the clutch pressure of the input clutch. A brake operating means is mechanically coupled with a valve operating member (spool) of the pressure reducing valve, and the valve operating member of the pressure reducing valve is mechanically coupled with a valve operating member (spool) of a brake control valve by, for example, a spring.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit for suppressing traveling vibrations of wheel type construction machines, which can obtain a stable vibration suppressing function in switching from a nonoperating state to an operating state.
      SOLUTION: A one-way valve is provided in a first circuit for connecting an ejection circuit of a hydraulic pump and an accumulator together. Switching valves are provided on the first circuit, and among a second circuit which is connected to the bottom side of a boom hydraulic cylinder, a third circuit which is connected to the head side of the boom hydraulic cylinder, and a drain circuit which is connected to an oil storage tank. The switching valve, which has three positions, that is, a traveling position A, an accumulator decompression position B and a working position C, can move among the positions. A controller inputs detection values of first and second pressure sensors, operates the switching valve (32), and performs control so that hydraulic pressure of the accumulator and bottom pressure of the boom hydraulic cylinder can be constantly equal to each other.
