摘要： PURPOSE: To improve waterproofness by curing an overlapping allowance section, etc., functioning as a joint in combination, spray-coating one surface of a base material section consisting of a polyester nonwoven fabric, etc., with a facing section and fitting an adhesive material section and release paper on the rear of the base material section. CONSTITUTION: A base material section 2 composed of a nonwoven fabric, glass cloth, ceramic paper, etc., is mounted, and a section excepting an overlapping allowance functioning as a joint in combination in the base material section 2 is coated with a facing section 1 by natural stone, colored aggregate, a synthetic resin, etc., by spraying. An adhesive material section made up of an acrylic rubber, an unvulcanized butyl rubber or the like and a release paper section are bonded with the overlapping allowance and a section not overlapped on the rear side of the base material section 2 in width narrower than the overlapping allowance. Accordingly, the adhesive material is not extruded from sections among sheets, and sealing treatment among the sheets is also necessitated, thus acquiring complete waterproofness.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a platy raw compact being a compact before baking to be continuously manufactured by providing a pair of front and rear endless belt conveyors so set that raw materials can be continuously vertically from up to down carried at a suitable space between them. CONSTITUTION:Endless belt conveyors 1, 2 provided by being opposed to each other in front and in rear at and interval of about a thickness of a ceramic compact, are so placed that carrying surfaces stand vertically one behind another. Support plates 3, 4 for regulation of thickness and heat feeding heaters 5, 6 are placed on a side opposed to the compact inside the endless belt, and heat is supplied through the support plates 3, 4 and the belt. When ceramic powder is made a slurry in a kneader 10 to be extruded onto a gap between both endless conveyors from a discharged opening 9, the extruded slurry comes to be of a sectional shape of a formed plate. Then, the slurry containing a binder (raw materials) itself is cured or gels to be the compact while it is transfered inside the conveyor.

After the film is formed, the jointing of joint mortar is performed with a rubber trowel, and wiping is performed with a sponge. After the curing for about one week, the resin film and joint material trash are washed off by water washing. The surface protective layer and joint material trash can be easily removed by the general water washing method, and the construction period for the, whole construction can be shortened.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight and high-strength setter by successively adding a cationic flocculating agent and an anionic flocculating agent to the slurry which has a specified composition incorporating both mullite-base fiber and alumina powder and growing floc and thereafter molding it by a paper manufacturing method, drying and sintering the molded body. CONSTITUTION:Water is added to mullite-based ceramic fiber having composition of 80-95% Al2O3 to obtain slurry and furthermore 20-50wt.% alumina powder having 0.2-3mum mean particle diameter is dispersed and incorporated. Then after a cationic flocculating agent (e.g., cationic starch) is added to this slurry and a fine flocculated material is produced, furthermore successively an anionic flocculating agent (e.g., acrylamide) is added to grow floc. This floc is molded into a lamellate body by a paper manufacturing method and the lamellate body is dried and thereafter sintered in a furnace. Thereby a light-weight setter which is preferably utilized in the case of calcining ceramic and excellent in bending strength, etc., is obtained.
