    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit cutting in the field in an installation time so as to shorten an installation process by measuring a group of front side block stern cross section dividing points and a group of stern side block front cross section dividing points through respective block coordinate systems and computing a dividing quantity serving as a previous cutting quantity for the group of stern side block front cross section dividing points.
      SOLUTION: A front side block AP2 is installed after an inclination of a deck 12 plane is measured on a surface plate and projection/recess quantities of a deck, a girder, and an outside plate are measured. Then, an inclination of the deck 12 plane is measured from a dock gate, an inclination of a rudder shaft 14 is measured, and a projection/recess quantity of a rudder horn 17 is measured. Before a stern side block AP3 is installed, an inclination of a deck 13 plane is measured on the surface plate, projection/recess quantities of the deck, the girder, and the outside plate are measured, and projection/recess quantities of rudder horn opening parts 15, 16 are measured. Subsequently, a cutting quantity is measured, previous cutting is carried out, and then, installation is carried out.
