摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a turbine having Ni-based superalloy part and a steel part and a process for producing the same, wherein a joining part between the Ni-based superalloy and the steel part has sufficient mechanical properties as the rotor for the turbine, and to provide a method for joining the Ni-based superalloy material to steel material and a structure, suitable for the rotor for the turbine.SOLUTION: A process for producing a rotor for a turbine comprises: a step in which a first rotor disk, which is constituted of a precipitation hardening type Ni-based superalloy, is joined to an intermediate material constituted of a solid-solution strengthening type Ni-based superalloy, by electron beam welding; a step in which the joined object is subjected to age hardening at a first temperature, which is suitable for age-hardening the precipitation hardening type Ni-based superalloy; a step in which the intermediate material is joined to a second rotor disk which is constituted of a steel, by electron beam welding; and a step in which the resultant joined object is annealed at a second temperature, which is suitable for annealing the steel.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a gunpowder cartridge by starting a jet engine by using one part of the injection gas of a booster rocket. SOLUTION: A gas produced by a booster rocket R is injected from an exhaust nozzle 10 so as to fly a flight object M and also its one part is supplied to the compressor 2 of a jet engine J or a turbine 3 so as to rotate a rotor 4 by a gas flow passage 1. Then, a rotary shaft 5 integrated with this rotor 4 is also rotated and thereby, the drive shaft of a fuel pump 31 is also rotated. The fuel of a fuel tank 30 is supplied to a combustion vessel 40 through a fuel pipe and an igniter 41 is ignited and the combustion of the fuel is started and the jet engine J is started.

Generated gas is supplied to a compressor 1 by a gas flow passage 12 and the compressor 1 is driven and a rotor 2 is rotated. While, the gas having driven the compressor 1 is supplied to a combustor 30 by an air flow passage 5 and ignited and burned after mixing a combustible part with an intake air here. A generated combustion gas is discharged from a combustor exit 32 and supplied to the turbine 3 so as to be driven.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit the minimum flow line bypassing a control valve, and to make a fuel accessory more compact and lightened, by forming a pass for minimum flow, on a valve element of a pulse width modulation-type fuel flow control valve, and supplying the fuel at the ignition, through the pass for minimum flow. SOLUTION: A valve element 1 of a pulse width modulation-type fuel control valve (control valve) V, comprises a through hole 2 penetrating from an upstream side to a downstream side, to form the minimum flow line. The micro fuel at the ignition of a burner, is supplied by the minimum flow line 2, on the other hand, the valve element 1 is moved in the lateral direction on the basis of the instruction from a controller in the normal operation, so that the fuel of the desired quantity is supplied to the burner. As mentioned in the above, the minimum flow line 2 penetrating from the upstream side to the downstream side, is formed on the valve element 1, so that the minimum flow line bypassing the control valve V, can be omitted, further the upstream side and the downstream side can be uniformed, and the variation of the fluid pressure at the opening and closing, can be reduced.
