    • PURPOSE:To reduce the production cost of a magnetic material by removing oil from the ground scraps of a iron material and allowing them to react with steam under heating and utilizing the resultant magnetite as a main component of the magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:Ground scraps which are produced in the case of grinding of iron material are recovered though they have been subjected to disposal heretofore. The ground scraps 10 are charged into an electric open 12 and an oven cover 12a is closed and the valve 26 of an N2 introduction pipe 25 is opened. While introducing gaseous nitrogen into the electric oven 12, the temp. of the electric oven 12 is raised and water and oil contained in the ground scraps 10 are evaporated and recovered in a recovery tank 19. After heating of the ground scraps 10 free from water and oil 550-1,000 deg.C, steam is introduced into the electric oven 12 through steam introduction pipe 15 and is reacted with the scraps as shown in the formula. Resultant magnetite is recovered and utilized as a main component of a magnetic material.

    • PURPOSE:To prepare the title structure obtaining a stable heat generating characteristic without generating the segregation or lump of a heat generating composition, light in wt. and made usable with a soft feeling, by receiving the heat generating composition having a fibrous iron material partially contained therein in a support bag having air permeability. CONSTITUTION:A support bag 10 is molded using a sheet obtained by laminating an outer layer 1 composed of a nonwoven fabric to an inner layer 12 composed of a polyethylene film and hermetically sealed by heat-sealing the united part 13 thereof and vent holes 14 are provided to the front and back surfaces of said sheet. A heat generating composition 20 is composed of a mixture prepared by adding a fibrous iron material 21, sodium chloride/activated carbon (reaction aid) 13, diatomaceous earth (water holding agent) 4 and calcium hydroxide (reaction suppresser) 25 to water and received in the support bag 10. Since the fibrous iron material is partially contained in the heat generating composition, segregation due to the mutual entanglement of fibers is hard to generate and the heat generating composition is hardly solidified into a lump since a large space is held therein and a stable heat generating characteristic is obtained without loosing a soft feeling.

    • PURPOSE:To conduct degreasing and drying of a precision metal product, etc., completely in a short time without using an organic solvent by washing the product with a hydrocarbon cleaning agent, placing it in a sealed container, and making the container reduced in pressure. CONSTITUTION:An object to be cleaned 12, which is supplied from a parts feeder 11, is sent to a cleaning machine 13 by a belt conveyer 28 to be jet- washed with a hydrocarbon cleaning agent such as white light oil. The object 12 is placed on a degreasing conveyer 29 and sent to a deoiling machine 14, in which the object 12 is deoiled by being air-blowed from an air blowing opening 22. The deoiled object 12 placed in a product can 15 is sent to the preliminary chamber 16 of a reduced-pressure drying machine to be dried preliminarily and then to a reduced-pressure chamber 17 to be dried under resuced pressure. In this way, the object even small and complex in form can be degreased and dried in a short time.
