    • PURPOSE:To provide stable performance for a long period and to attain high density mounting on a circuit board by forming an electrode and a terminal electrode on a casing made from liquid crystal polymer, arranging a crystal chip in the casing so as to allow it to contact with the electrode and sealing the casing by a cover. CONSTITUTION:The electrode 8 and the terminal electrode 9 are formed on the casing 7 made from the liquid crystal polymer and the crystal chip 10 is arranged in the casing 7 so as to contact with the electrode 8. The casing 7 is sealed by the cover 11 made of the liquid crystal polymer and the inside of the casing 7 is held at inactive gas atmosphere or evacuated. The size of the casing 7 is 7m5X1 (mm) and the thickness of the cover is 0.2mm. Both the electrodes 8, 9 are made of a conductive material such as copper and covar and worked parts are inserted into an injection molding metal mold and unitedly molded by the injection molding of the liquid crystal polymer. Heat fusible liquid crystal polyester is used as the liquid crystal polymer.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the compatibility of polyolefin with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified material (EVOH) and the long-run properties of extrusion molding and to obtain a multilayer structure having a layer of a composition of these materials and being excellent in color tone, by mixing the polyolefin, the EVOH and a prescribed amount of hydrotalcite compound. CONSTITUTION:A hydrotalcite compound of 0.0001 to 10 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. in total of polyolefin and EVOH is mixed therewith. The polyolefin includes also denatured polyolefin, and polypropylene, in particular, is inferior in the compatibility with the EVOH. Therefore, the effect of this method is conspicuous. It is suitable also for the EVOH of 20 to 50mol% for an ethylene unit and for the one of a saponification degree of 96mol% for a vinyl acetate unit. This EVOH is excellent in gas barrier properties and an excellent vessel can be obtained by compounding it with the polyolefin. As for a method for multilayer molding, co-extrusion molding or the like can be applied and a multilayer structure having no extraneous substance due to phase separation and being excellent in hue and external appearance can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having a beautiful appearance, being excellent in gas untransmissibility and free from separation in a layer, and having excellent delamination resistance by mixing a polyolefin, two specified saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymers, and a specified modified polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition is obtained by mixing a polyolefin (A) (e.g. a PP resin or PE resin); a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B) having an ethylene content of 20-65mol% and a degree of saponification of the vinyl acetate component of at least 98%; a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (C) having an ethylene content of 68-98mol% and a degree of saponification of the vinyl acetate component of at least 20%; and a polyolefin (D) modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative [e.g. a polyolefin modified with (meth)acrylic acid, maleic acid, etc.]. This composition is excellent in gas untransmissibility and free from separation in a layer and also has excellent delamination resistance.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a transparent film packing material for boil sterilization or retort sterilization having high gas barrier properties without blocking between packages by employing at least one type of resin layer selected from EVOH, polyamide, polyolefin, polyester and polycarbonate as an intermediate layer, and disposing a hydrophobic thermoplastic resin layer having a moisture permeability lower than that of an outer layer as an inner layer. CONSTITUTION:Resin for forming an intermediate layer contains 55-97:45-3wt.% of composition ratio of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer of 20-50mol% as ethylene unit to at least one type of resin selected from polyamide, polyolefin, polyester and polycarbonate. Then, the resin of an outer layer is formed of polyamide, polyester or polycarbonate having 40 or more of moisture permeability (unit g/m .dy), and an inner layer is formed of hydrophobic thermoplastic resin lower in moisture permeability than the outer layer, and a multilayer structure is manufactured by a coextrusion method, a dry laminating method, a sand laminating method, an extrusion laminating method or the like.
