    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an arranging space required for reconstruction for compacting a device with light speed change operation kept as it is by reforming a power shift device which carrys out the speed change operation through a hydraulic actuater into an electric control system. SOLUTION: Two hydraulic cylinders 11, 12 for driving a main speed change mechanism for running, two 4-position changing over type solenoid valves 18-21 for conducting the function of the above cylinders 11, 12, and a hydraulic clutch 3 for speed changing are prepared to compose an electric control type power shift device by which the hydraulic clutch 3 is automatically engaged and disengaged with speed changing. The power shift device is composed so that the main speed change mechanism may be speed-changed into four steps by the combination of turning on and off of the solenoid valves 18-21, and in the case where the solenoid valves 18-21 are wholly turned off, the speed change mechanism is set up so as to be operated to the first shift position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operational structure by composing it so as to continually supply working fluid into the first chamber on the side of a piston rod inside a cylinder, and providing a free operatable control valve at a working fluid supply and discharge positions in the second chamber on the opposite side. SOLUTION: When a solenoid control valve 29 is set to a supply position, working oil is supplied to the second chamber 13b, and (the working oil is also already supplied to the first chamber 13a through an oil path 28.) since the pressurized area on the side of the first chamber 13a of a piston 27 is narrower than the pressurized area on the side of the second chamber 13b, the piston 27 moves left to occupy the low speed position of the first auxiliary speed changing device. When the solenoid operation valve 29 is set at an oil discharge position, the working oil in the second chamber 13b is discharged, and the piston 27 is pushed right by the working oil supplied into the first chamber 13a and occupies the high speed position of the first auxiliary speed changing device. Thus a double acting cylinder can be actuated through only one control valve to carry out the supply and discharge operation of the working fluid to the second chamber, and the control valve having a simple structure is sufficient for a double acting cylinder, and therefore the operational structure of the cylinder can be simplified, and its manufacturing cost can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To ease shock at the clutch meeting time by placing a pressure relief valve for discharging supplied pressure oil in connection only when the supplied pressure is within the specified range in the vicinity of clutch meeting pressure, and providing first and second orifices in a pressure oil feed passage and the drain oil passage of the pressure relief valve respectively. CONSTITUTION:A pressure oil feed passage 8 between a hydraulic clutch B and an engine driving pump 7 is provided with a clutch B upstream side part 8a, and a hydraulic pilot type pressure relief valve 15, for discharging a part of supplied pressure oil from the part 8a only when the supplied pressure at the part 8a is within the specified range in the vicinity of clutch meeting pressure, is connected to the part 8a. A first orifice 21 for regulating the operating oil flow to less than the specified quantity is then provided in the pressure oil feed passage 8, and also a second orifice 22 for regulating drain oil quantity to the specified quantity is provided in a drain oil passage 16 from the pressure relief valve 15.

CONSTITUTION:A transmission system of an agricultural tractor transmits the power from an engine 1 to the rear wheel side differential mechanism through a main speed change gear, multiple disk hydraulic clutch 3, forward and backward change-over device and sub-speed change gear, and transmits the power branched from the right front of the differential mechanism to the front wheel side differential mechanism 5a. The shift gears of main and sub- speed change gears are operated respectively by first-third hydraulic cylinders 11-13. Here is provided a controlling valve 35 for controllably putting working oil in and out of the hydraulic clutch 3 alomg with the operation of the respective hydraulic cylinders 11-13. The controlling valve 35 is connected to a first oil path 17 branched from the main oil path 36 while a throttle section 45 is provided in a second oil path 18 to be connected to the hydraulic clutch 7 of a PTO system.

    • PURPOSE:To make a prompt speed change operation possible with a transmitting shock moderated, at the time of clutch meet, by connecting, in parallel to a boost control valve, a pressure reducing valve, which permits passing of pressure oil only at a preset pressure or less a little lower than a meet pressure at the time of starting contact of a hydraulic piston with a transmitting friction plate. CONSTITUTION:A pressure reducing valve 21, which permits passing of pressure oil only at a preset pressure or less a little lower than a meet pressure at the time of starting contact of a hydraulic piston of a hydraulic clutch B with a transmitting friction plate, is parallelly connected to a boost control valve F. Thus, even in the case of setting the boost control valve F to start boost action from a relatively low pressure, when the clutch is in connecting action, pressure oil is supplied to the hydrau lic clutch B through the pressure reducing valve 21 almost without draining during the time until a clutch pressure is increased to the preset pressure. Consequently, the initial charge of the pressure oil of the hydraulic clutch B is quickly performed. Also, when the clutch pressure exceeds the preset pressure, the pressure reducing valve 21 is closing-actuated with a smooth boost control by the boost control valve F executed, and a rapid rise of the clutch pressure, at the time of meet, can be relaxed.
