SOLUTION: An acceleration clutch B and a constant-speed clutch C are provided on the same axis of a front wheel drive shaft 32, and a shift member 43 slide-movable in the axial direction in the spline-coupled state is provided on the front wheel drive shaft 32 at a middle position between them. When the shift member 43 is slid to a position S where its meshing pawl 43A is meshed with the meshing pawl 38A of a fourth gear 38, a constant-speed drive state is attained. When the shift member 43 is slid to a position U where it is pressed to friction disks 42, a high-speed drive state is attained. A power nontransmission state is attained in a middle position N between them. The constant-speed drive state, high-speed drive state, and nondrive state can be switched by the driving force of a single hydraulic cylinder accordingly.

SOLUTION: The circumferential edge of a borehole 5 inside a bead part 4 above a conductive substrate 2 is diagonally bent downward across the whole circumference, a tapered electric device side earth terminal part 6 is provided, and a wall member side earth terminal part 7 is provided between the bead part 4 and the electrical device side earth terminal part 6. A gasket 1 is installed between wall members 51, 55, and the both wall members 51, 55 are fastened by a bolt so that the tip 6a of the electrical device side earth terminal part 6 touches with the metal part on the top face of a solenoid valve 53, and the tip 7a of the wall member side earth terminal part 7 touches with the top face of the circumferential wall of the bottom-side wall member 51 to form an earth path from the solenoid valve 53 via the conductive substrate 2 to the bottom-side wall member 51. This constitution can earth the solenoid valve without wiring any earth lead wire.

SOLUTION: A restraining member 56 coupled with or released from the tooth section of a first gear 35 from the diameter direction is slidably provided. The restraining member 56 prevents the rotation of a transmission system against a travel system by the meshing with the first gear 35. A compression spring 57 protrusively exciting in the coupling direction is provided on the outer end side. A switching arm 60 and a main shift lever 11 are connected via a wire 65. When the main shift lever 11 is operated to a parking position P, the restraining member 56 is protruded by the exciting force of the compression spring 57 via the loosening of the wire 65 interlocked with the main shift lever 11 into the coupled state with the first gear 35, rear wheels are kept at the braked state, and the movement of a vehicle body by its tare weight can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle with hydraulic cylinders to be operated during shift for shifting a synchromesh type gear system, allowing smooth and reliable shifting operation.
      SOLUTION: Gear shift mechanisms T1-T3 perform shift by operating a shift member with the operation of the hydraulic cylinders P1-P4. A control device uses a measuring means for measuring a difference in the rotating speed of a transmission shaft between the transmission upstream and downstream sides of a shift gear. When a rotating speed ratio measured by the measuring means in a preset time since starting shift during shift reaches a preset value, the completion of the shifting operation is detected and then the input of a hydraulic clutch is operated. When the rotating speed ratio does not reach the preset value, oil is discharged from the hydraulic cylinders P1-P4. Otherwise, the hydraulic cylinders P1-P4 are operated in the opposite direction to temporarily cancel shift operating force and then the shifting operation of the hydraulic cylinders P1-P4 is restarted.

SOLUTION: Two hydraulic cylinders 11, 12 for driving a main speed change mechanism for running, two 4-position changing over type solenoid valves 18-21 for conducting the function of the above cylinders 11, 12, and a hydraulic clutch 3 for speed changing are prepared to compose an electric control type power shift device by which the hydraulic clutch 3 is automatically engaged and disengaged with speed changing. The power shift device is composed so that the main speed change mechanism may be speed-changed into four steps by the combination of turning on and off of the solenoid valves 18-21, and in the case where the solenoid valves 18-21 are wholly turned off, the speed change mechanism is set up so as to be operated to the first shift position.
