摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the separation of a rubber blanket substrate or a rubber blanket layer on the ends of a rubber blanket unit in the mechanical or chemical cleaning by engaging inward and outward with both ends of the rubber blanket of a rotary printing machine in a manner of shape bonding and bonding them together separably. SOLUTION: The thickness of respective ends 7 and 8 of a rubber blanket 1 is reduced and upper and lower blocking sections are formed, and the lower blocking section is composed of a lip section 13, extending in parallel with the axial line of a hook-shaped blanket body 11, while the upper blocking section is composed of an upper corresponding hook-shaped lip section 13. Both hook-shaped lip sections 12 and 13 are overlapped by the width (a), and a gap 17 is formed as the interval between one end face of the lower blocking section of one end 7 of the rubber blanket 1 and an opposite end face of the other end 8. In the gap 17, a hook end section 18 on the lower side of the rubber blanket 1 is engaged into a hook-shaped channel 19 of the corresponding hook- shaped lip section 13 on the upper side, and a hook end section 21 is engaged with a hook-shaped channel 22 of the lower hook-shaped lip section 12 to form a shape bonding.
