摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear machining apparatus by which a machining tool and a workpiece are synchronously rotated at a high speed to be capable of performing gear machining by cutting with high machining accuracy.SOLUTION: Number of tool blades of a machining tool 42 is equivalent to integral divisions of tooth number of a gear to be processed or integral multiples thereof so that one tooth of the gear to be processed is cut by an identical tool blade or a plurality of identical tool blades. Only shape error of the identical tool blade or the plurality of identical tool blades is transferred to one tooth, thereby a tooth trace error of the tooth is improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method and an NC data preparing device, in which in cutting by using an end mill 70 with a helical tooth, cutting force is fixed by eliminating variation in the number of cutting teeth for simultaneously performing cutting operation, and thus vibration is prevented, a machined surface property is improved and service life of the tool is made longer.SOLUTION: The end mill 70 is inclined with respect to the feeding direction of the end mill 70. As a result, for a workpiece of any machining width, the length of the cutting operation of the end mill 70 is made an integer multiple of 1 or more of the pitch of the helical tooth in the axial direction of the end mill 70.
