    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength steel sheet having a tensile strength of 1,500 MPa or more, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This high-strength steel sheet includes any one or more elements of 0.2 to 4.0% Cr, 0.2 to 4.0% Mo and 0.2 to 4.0% Ni. A main phase structure is formed of layers each of ferrite and carbides. The aspect ratio of the carbides is 10 or more, and a layered structure in which the pitch of the layers is 50 nm or less occupies 55% or more by a volume fraction with respect to the whole structure. Furthermore, the fraction of the carbides which have the aspect ratio of 10 or more and an angle of 45° or less with respect to the rolling direction among the carbides is 30 to 60% by an area rate. The steel sheet is obtained by cold-rolling a steel sheet having a structure in which a pearlitic structure is a main phase, a ferrite phase in the rest of the whole structure occupies 20% or less by a volume fraction with respect to the whole structure, and a lamellar pitch in the pearlite structure is 500 nm or less, by cross rolling at a rolling rate of 70% or more.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength steel sheet having a tensile strength of 1,500 MPa or more, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.
