    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an object to be separated which falls from a part between rollers on a conveyor feed side from being clamped between the rollers on a conveyor return side and to surely remove the object to be separated which is clamped between the rollers on the conveyor feed side from the part between the rollers on a conveyor return side.
      SOLUTION: A separate carrier is provided with a chain conveyor 1 in which the plurality of rollers 2 arranged at equal intervals in a direction orthogonal to a carrying direction are endlessly circulated between sprockets 3A and 3B by a driving chain 4 and an upper guide rail 7 for guiding the respective rollers 2 on the conveyor feed side. The two rollers 2A and 2B constituting a roller group are connected to each other by a linking plate 5 and one roller 2A in the roller group is pivoted to the chain 4. Thus, since the roller 2B not pivoted to the chain 4 is vertically suspended through the linking plate 5 on the conveyor return side, a roller interval t

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET bottle cap-removing device by which a cap can automatically be removed from a PET bottle. SOLUTION: This PET bottle cap-removing device is constituted such that a plurality of paddles 7 rotatable around a shaft 8 is housed in a casing 4 having a charge port 1 at one end side and a discharge port 2 at the other end side. In the inside of the casing 4, there is provided a guide blade 11 for moving the PET bottle from the charge port 1 to the discharge port 2 in accordance with the rotation of the paddles 7. The PET bottle with a cap and label charged from the charge port 1 is made to clash with the guide blade 11 of the casing 4 by rotation of the paddles 7. Since the mouth portion of a bottle body is crystallized, is hard and weak and is low in impact strength as compared with other portions, the mouth portion is selectively broken by collision of the cap.
