    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sealing between both tubular members while facilitating forming of the tubular members without inducing increase in components when connecting both the tubular members by interposing a sealing member between the first and second tubular members.
      SOLUTION: Structure forms on the first tubular member 18 a first diametric expansion 22 and a second diametric expansion 23 with larger diameter than that of the first diametric expansion. It forms a protuberance 30 on the second tubular member 19 and press-fits the sealing member 20 at the protuberance 30 into space S in which the sealing member is arranged. It performs positioning of inserting direction by abutting tip of the second tubular member 19 on a first stage difference part 24 of the first tubular member 18 in such a condition that the second tubular member 19 is inserted into the first tubular member 18. It performs radial positioning of the second tubular member 19 by abutting the protuberance 30 on inner peripheral surface of the second diametric expansion 23.

The inflow tube 54 is provided to communicate with the upper part of the inflow side space S1, and the outflow tube 55 is provided to communicate with the upper part of the outflow side space S2.
