摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the heat treatment of waste plastics containing chlorine- based polymers through incorporating them with a specific chemical substance to catch the chlorine contents of the wastes as a high-melting chlorine compound and suppress the generation of gases such as hydrogen chloride even if the treated product is used as a solid fuel. SOLUTION: Waste plastics containing chlorine-based polymers are heat- treated using pref. a batch-type reactor through incorporating them with a chemical substance capable of forming a high-melting chlorine compound >=800 deg.C in melting point on reacting with hydrogen chloride such as a barium compound like barium hydroxide. Thereby, generation of chlorine-based gases can be prevented even in the case of converting such waste plastics to oil, affording such advantages as the corrosion prevention of the relevant reactor and related devices and environmental pollution control.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of fish eyes by obtaining a fourth synthetic resin material by grinding a second synthetic resin material having a large grain size so as to obtain a grain size smaller than that of a third synthetic resin material having a small grain size, and melting and kneading the fourth and third synthetic resin material for granulation. SOLUTION: A first ground or granulated synthetic resin material A produced at a polymerization plant is classified into two classifications, i.e., a third synthetic resin material B having a smaller grain size and a second synthetic resin material C having a larger grain size. Next, the second synthetic resin material C having a larger grain size is ground into a fourth synthetic resin material D having a grain size smaller than that of the third synthetic resin material B. The third synthetic resin material B having a smaller grain size and so classified is mixed with the fourth synthetic resin material D so ground and having a much smaller grain size. A kneaded synthetic resin material is then melted and kneaded together to be pelletized, thereby eliminating the existence of numelted or non-dispersed grains which cause fish eyes.
