SOLUTION: The window finisher 30 is disposed at a window frame portion 3 of a vehicle body 1 having a fixing surface to which a window panel 20 is fixed, and provided with a base portion 32, a regulating portion 39, a first lip portion 40, and a second lip portion 41. The base portion includes a joint portion 33 opposite to a tip end side area 9 of the fixing surface 6 of the window frame portion 3, and is supported by the window frame portion 3 while covering an end edge 9 of the window frame portion 3. The regulating portion 39 is extended from the base portion 32, and abuts on the window panel 20 to regulate a distance between the window panel 20 and the window frame portion 3. The first lip portion 40 is extended from the regulating portion 39 in a direction separating from the joint portion 33, and pressed by the window panel 20 to elastically deform and opposite to the joint portion 33 while the window panel 20 abuts on the regulating portion 39.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent any breakage of an internal flow passage during a collision of a vehicle even when a flow passage forming part of a pipe joint and a flange part are integrated with each other.SOLUTION: A pipe joint 13 includes a flow passage forming part 17 and a flange part 20, and is arranged in a panel opening 15 of a dash panel 2 to connect an inner pipe 11 on a back surface side to an outer pipe 12 on a front surface side of the dash panel 2. The flow passage forming part 17 demarcates the internal flow passage 16, and the inner pipe 11 and the outer pipe 12 are respectively connected to both ends of the internal flow passage 16. The flange part 20 has a plate-like shape integrally extending from the flow passage forming part 17, and includes a center area 24 and a peripheral edge area 25. The peripheral edge area 25 extends from the center area 24, and is fixed to a peripheral edge 15a of the panel opening 15. The flow passage forming part 17 is projected from the center area 24, and the thickness D1 of the center area 24 is larger than the thickness D2 of the peripheral edge area 25.
