摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a mark-cutting cutter, for example, of a corrugate machine for manufacturing a corrugated cardboard sheet, i.e., the problem of the erroneous detection or non-detection of a mark or the location of the same, resulting in the defective cutting or incapability of cutting of a target location. SOLUTION: There is provided a new image pickup method for an object to be detected. By the method, the object to be detected, which has been printed or marked by predetermined treatment on a continuous sheet or flat sheet fed from a feeder, is photographed by an object detecting means. Therefore, serial image pickup is carried out such that part of the downstream end of the picked-up image of the continuous sheet or the flat sheets in a feeding direction overlaps part of the upstream end of the subsequently picked-up image with respect to a desired area. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a roll clearance with higher accuracy by taking a detection signal of a position or rotary angle of a clearance driving system as a detected clearance value, and calculating a clearance change from changes of feeding states of an inner core and a liner, thereby eliminating or reducing an allowance of operator's intervention. SOLUTION: A clearance/speed calculating converter 90a outputs a clearance change value such as a production speed in a range of a value of a maximum clearance change value setter 90b to an adder 91. Rotary angle signals of inter- roll clearance regulating shaft rotary angle detectors 35 to 37 are respectively converted into clearances by rotary angle-clearance converters 45 to 47 and a frame expansion signal is input to the adder 91 via an expansion value- clearance converter 92. The adder 91 corrects an apparent detection clearance value (g) by a clearance change amount in the case of frame thermal expansion and production speed change. A real clearance value after the correction is output to a comparator, and clearance regulating motors 32 to 34 are driven so that the real clearance value coincides with a target clearance value. As a result, a malfunction effective judgement and necessity of manual intervention can be grasped.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct meandering, in a slitter-scorer mainly cutting a corrugated cardboard sheet along the feed direction thereof to apply folds thereto, by simultaneously and integrally moving a plurality of processing units of slitters or scorers so as to follow meandering when meandering is generated in the sheet. SOLUTION: Processing units 24, 24' (slitter or scorer units) respectively positioned at a predetermined interval by servo motors are provided in the width direction of a fed corrugated cardboard sheet DS. Individual servo motors are respectively driven almost simultaneously to move the respective processing units 24, 24' all together by the same quantity in the same direction to allow them to follow the meandering in the width direction of the sheet DS to correct the meandering of the sheet DS. By this constitution, a moving mechanism or actuator exclusive for the correction of meandering used in a structure sliding the whole of the machine stand supporting a plurality of the processing units with respect to an anchoring base is dispensed with and an apparatus becomes simple in structure and inexpensive.
