    • PURPOSE:To improve damping effect and effectively damp at one position by detecting pressure pulsation of fluid in a piping, generating pressure pulsating wave of reverse phase in a pressure gas chamber on the lower stream, and canceling the pressure pulsation with it. CONSTITUTION:Pulsation of fluid in a piping 1 is detected by a pulsation detecting means 11, magnitude of amplitude of the pulsation and waveform of the oscillation are computed in a computing part 12, and a control signal corresponding to time variation is outputted. It is received in a gas pressure control part 14, the pressure of reverse phase and similar waveform against the pressure pulsating wave in a diaphragm part 3 is transmitted to a pressure gas chamber 5, and the initial pressure pulsating wave is damped by canceling normal and reverse pressure pulsating wave. Even though supply of pressure gas from a pressure gas supply means 13 is stopped and the gas pressure control part 14 is not operated, because the diaphragm part 3 is deformed by pressure pulsation of fluid in the piping 1, the pressure pulsation is damped.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a slight liquid leakage quantity by disposing a liquid leakage measuring instrument body including a liquid absorbing agent in it at the part for measurement of liquid leakage quantity of a pressure vessel. SOLUTION: In the case where liquid leakage quantity from a gap 13 between flanges 10 and 11 is to be measured, a liquid leakage quantity measuring instrument body 18 sealing a liquid absorbing agent 17 such as silica gel powder and a high molecular liquid absorbing polymer inside is applied with an inner layer 14 having liquid permeability inside using an adhesive tape 20 or the like so as to cover a liquid leakage quantity measuring part 19 such as the surface of the gap 13. In this state, a pressure vessel 7 is used, after use, the adhesive tape 20 is peeled from the liquid leakage quantity measuring part 19, and the liquid leakage quantity measuring instrument body 18 is collected. And it is mounted on a precise weighing apparatus, the weight of the liquid leakage measuring instrument body 18 is measured, and a liquid leakage quantity from the gap 13 is measured by comparing its weight with the weight of the liquid leakage quantity measuring instrument body 18 before use.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce maintenance of a vibration isolator by using superplastic material as vibration isolating material to avoid the occurrence of oil leakage and prevent deterioration of the vibration isolating material under radioactive condition. CONSTITUTION:A piston 3 connected top the vibration side and a cylinder 2 connected to the fixed pipe 5 are fitted to each other in such a manner as to freely move relatively. Super elastic material 11 such as lead-tin alloy, bismuth-tin alloy, zinc-aluminium alloy or the like is charged and sealed between the cylinder 2 and the piston 3. Further, a convex portion 3b for throttling the cross-sectional area of the superplastic material 12 layer is formed on the piston 3. Plastic flow is caused in the superplastic material 12 layer through a throttle portion 12a formed by the convex portion 3b by the relative movement of the piston 3 to absorb external force applied to the piston 3.
