The wire 18 wound temporarily around the rotating drums 12a-12c is led out from the positions where the wire is held by the holding pins 24d and 24e and shifted to the winding holding pins 89b and 89c, and then the wire 18 wound temporarily around the rotating drums 12a-12c is wound simultaneously around the cores 80a-80c by rotating the rotating shaft 82.
