      SOLUTION: In a yoke portion 20 of a split core 12, a press-fitting portions 24 is formed so as to face the split core 12 adjacent to one side, and further, a press-fitted portion 22 is formed so as to face the split core 12 adjacent to the other side. Since the press-fitting portion 24 is press-fitted into the press-fitted portion 22 of the adjacent split core 12, the adjacent split cores 12 are coupled to each other. After the plurality of split cores 12 are coupled to each other in a state where they are disposed in a straight line, a coil 16 is wound on a tooth portion 14 of each of the split cores 12. Furthermore, the split cores 12 are circularly bent so that the split cores 12 positioned at both ends, when they are disposed in a straight line are coupled, and thereby configuring the stator 10. When the split cores 12 is bent into a circular form, the split cores are bent, while using the press-fitting portion 24 as fulcrum.

      SOLUTION: A protective film 12 containing at least fullerene out of the fullerene and DLC (diamond-like carbon) is formed on the surface of the magnetic body 21, and the magnetic body 21 is inserted into the slot 12 of a rotor core 11. A resin film 31 is formed between the inner circumferential surface of the slot 12 and the protective film 22 on the surface of the magnetic body 21. Since the fullerene as the material of the protective film 22 and DLC has lubricity, a resistance in inserting the magnetic body 21 into the slot 12 can be remarkably reduced. A space in the slot 12 is not required to set large for prevention of interference at insertion to the slot 12. Since the fullerene in the protective film 22 disperses in the resin material, the heat resistance of the resin film 31 can be improved.

In this manner, the material having sticking tendency is set to be in a gas state, and the fixing film made of the material is formed without placing a liquid state interposed therebetween, thus fixing the coil 3 and the insulating paper 4 within the slot 2.
