    • PURPOSE:To perform highly accurate correcting work by detecting a precognitive member before the number of pulses is detected between reference members provided in a correcting section. CONSTITUTION:A pulse-number-detection starting command is transmitted to an optical communication circuit 20 of a self-propelled truck 10 which is running along a running path 12 from the outside. The command is inputted into a control part 18. Before the number of pulses is detected between reference members 26 and 28, an optical sensor 22 detects a precognitive member 24. When the precognitive member 24 is not detected, the pulse-number detecting work is not started. When the reference member 26 is detected, the control part 18 starts the counting of the number of the pulses from a pulse encoder 16. The counting is continued until the optical sensor 22 detects the reference member 28. When the detected pulse number is out of the range of the preset pulse number, the number is not stored into a memory. Meanwhile, when the number is within the range, the number is stored into the memory. The total of the pulse numbers in the memory is divided by the effective data number of the memory, and the average detected pulse number is computed. The average detected pulse number is divided by the preset pulse number, and the running distance coefficient expressing the actual running distance per pulse is computed. The pulse number corresponding to the running distance is corrected with this coefficient.

CONSTITUTION:A mobile bogie Tr is so provided as to be movable on a carriage passage 2 within a recessed pit Pi on a working floor F. And only the upper part of a bogie frame 4 is projected from the slit 3 of a floor plate 1 covering the pit Pi and a ramp 8 and a turntable 9 for supporting a carried article are provided. According to the aforestated constitution, the carriage passage 2 can be so arranged as to minimize an effect by an obstacle on the ground and the movable bogie Tr can always be made to travel in a smooth and agile way without any ingress and adherence of dusts in the pit Pi. Furthermore, when the carried article on the turntable 9 is assembled and otherwise processed, the work can be done easily. In particular, workability at the underside of the carried article is improved and that high safety can be ensured.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent any dislocation in all directions from occurring as well as to shorten a term of work and reduce the cost of production by connecting track frames themselves together via a dovetail-type joint member being engaged with a dovetail groove formed in the inner surface. CONSTITUTION:A track frame 7 is constituted of an extruded material, and at the time of extrusion molding, a dovetail groove 76 being continued in the longitudinal direction of the track frame 7 is formed in an inner surface of each side plate 7a of the track frame 7. Then, a dovetail-type joint member 18 being engaged with dovetail grooves 7b, 7b of both track frames 7, 7 is installed in a joint part between longitudinal track frames 7 and 7. A clamp bolt 18a contactible to a groove bottom of each dovetail groove 7b is screwed through in the joint member 18, and the joint member 18 is pressed to an inner surface of each dovetail groove 7b by dint of clamping reaction of the bolt 18a. With this constitution, these longitudinal track frames 7, 7 are accurately connectible together without entailing any dislocation in all directions. In addition, connection between these track frame themselves is simply releasable, so that removable work becomes so easy, thus shortening of a term of work and reduction in the cost of production are promotable.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate restriction of the inter-dolly pitch by detaining a chain passing underground at its one end with each dolly, which runs along an underground guide path, extending its other end side to behind the dolly, and by furnishing the following car with a position restricting device which can be put in contact with the other end of the chain. CONSTITUTION:A guide path 24 consisting of C-steel is provided inside a trough 23 formed in the center of the transport path 2, and a drive wheel 10 rotated by a motor 11 is allowed to roll on a left and a right cover 27, 28, which are to close the upper part of this trough 23. An L-shaped arm 18 of a guide member 9 to be moved along the guide path 24 is fixed to a bracket 13 supporting the motor 11, to provide possibility of steering of each dolly 1. The front end of a chain 31 for prevention of front-to-back collision accommodated movably within the guide path 24 is detained behind the dolly 1, and the motor 11 of the following dolly 1 is stopped when an approach switch 21 mounted on the following dolly 1 comes in contact with the tail of the chain, and thus the position of the following dolly 1 is restricted.
