    • PURPOSE:To early restart atomization, preventing the high temperature deterioration of a vibrating element by suspending the excitation of the vibrating element and permitting the continuous operation of a blower for sending mists into a blowing-out port when the vibrating element for vibrating the water in a humidifier is at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:A vibration element 7 is driven by an exciting circuit 8, and applies the supersonic-wave vibration onto the water 17 in a humidifier. The generated mist is blasted from a blasting-out port by a blower driven by a motor 18. The ware level in the humidifer is detected by a water level detecting electrode 13 and a water level detecting circuit 14. In this constitution, a temperature detecting element 15 is installed onto the vibration element 7 part. An excitation controlling circuit 19 which stops the electric conduction to the exciting circuit 18 on the basis of the detection signal supplied from the temperature detecting element 15 when the temperature of the vibration element 7 part becomes over a prescribed value is installed. Further, a motor control circuit 20 which carries out electric conduction to the motor 18 independently of the existence of excitation when the water level detecting circuit 14 generates a water level existence signal is installed.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically correct variation or fluctuation in the degree of phase modulation to detect rotational angular velocity with high accuracy by inhibiting the generation of a new phase-modulation-degree adjusting signal until a predetermined time elapses immediately after the degree of phase modulation has been adjusted. CONSTITUTION:A D/A converter 16 converts a phase-modulation-degree adjusting value H output from a microcomputer 14 into a phase-modulation-degree adjusting signal EL, which is then fed to a phase modulator (PZT) driver 11. The driver 11 subjects a pulse signal fM to amplitude modulation using the adjusting signal EL, produces a phase modulation signal PM and feeds the signal PM to the PZT 10, so that a light beam propagating within an optical fiber loop 9 is subjected to phase modulation. When the adjusting value H is varied, the computer 14 inhibits the calculation of the adjusting value H until a predetermined response time elapses; calculations are performed after the elapse of the response time. Therefore, the amplitude value of the signal PM is adjusted precisely, so the degree of modulation due to variations in components and in environmental conditions is corrected, and the accuracy of rotational angular velocity and sensitivity can be held in good states.

    • PURPOSE:To quicken responsiveness in a sound sensing element and thereby make humidity or the like in a car room measurable accurately, by leading water in a tank into a feed water member via a capillary tube and dampening the sound sensing element, while ventilating this sound sensing element. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 6 for temperature detection is set up in a body 1 forming a ventilation flue. And, a gauge pipe 12 is attached to this body 1, and a capillary tube 10 is inserted into the pipe 11 attached to an end of this gauze pipe 12, while both 10 and 11 are inserted into a tank 7 each. And, absorbent cotton 13 is installed in the gauze pipe 12 and, and a thermistor 14 for humidity detection is set up in this absorbent cotton 13. With this constitution, at the time of hygrometry, a fan 4 is rotated by a motor 5 whereby water sticking to the circumference of the thermistor 14 is evaporated, thus the responsiveness in the thermistor 14 is improved. In addition, on the basis of each output of these thermistors 6 and 14, a relative humidity is found, thus an air conditioner is controlled.

    • PURPOSE:To make electrical power unnecessary for holding a compressor stopped in a compressor protecting device in a vehicle air conditioning system, by which the compressor is stopped when intake pressure is lowered, by providing a self-sustaining type latching relay in a compressor stopping outlet part that operates upon the detection of pressure drop. CONSTITUTION:When the low pressure side of a compressor 2 is below a predetermined pressure and therefore, a pressure detecting part 4 delivers a low pressure indicating signal to a timer 5, the timer 5 delivers a compressor stopping signal to a pulse part 6 if the low pressure condition is sustained more than a set time period. Thus, the pulse part 6 delivers pulses to an outlet part 7 for attracting a self-sustaining function type latching relay 29 of the outlet part 7, so that a magnetic clutch 1 is deenergized for stopping the compressor 2. Since the latching relay 29 has the self-sustaining function, the compressor 2 is maintained in its stopping condition with no electrical power consumption.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to cut off power supply to an oscillation circuit driving a vibrator and to prevent an electrode of the vibrator in contact with water being corroded in water and damaged by detecting the water by a water level detection circuit when the voltage of the detection electrode becomes below a difined value. CONSTITUTION:A detection voltage corresponding to a current flowing to a detection electrode 20 from an auxiliary electrode 19 in accordance with a level of water 9 by an detection electrode 20 provided at a water level detecting position of the water 9 within an atomizing tank 4 is inputted into a water level detection circuit 13, where by, when the voltage of the detection electrode 20 has reached a defined value, it is detected that the water level has been lowered, and the power supply to an oscilla tion circuit 8 is interrupted by the relay 15 of the water level detection circuit 13, and when the water level is restored, the power supply is again applied. When a power supply switch 12 is turned off, a current from a battery 6 is completely inter rupted because a normally open contact 16 is opened and a current to the detection electrode 20 from the auxiliary electrode 19 of the atomizing electrode 19 is also cut off. Therefore, the galvanic corrosion of the auxiliary electrode 19 is produced only when the power supply switch 12 is turned on, and the corrosion of the electrode 19 is reduced.
