    • PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency at each rotating speed by connecting high, medium and low speed condensers through a switching unit to the auxiliary coil of a motor and connecting a starting time limiter in series with the condensers. CONSTITUTION:Main and auxiliary coils 21, 22 are displaced electrically at 90 deg., high, middle and low speed operating condensers 25, 26, 27 are connected through a switching unit 28 to the coil 22, and a starting time limiter 29 is connected in parallel with the condensers. When the unit 28 is disposed at any of the condensers 25-27 and a power source switch 20 is closed, a motor is started as a resistance shunt motor at the starting time, and is operated as a condenser motor as the limiter 29 is opened. Accordingly, the efficiency at the middle and low speed times can be improved, and the configuration can be extremely simplified without necessity of providing taps at the coils 21, 22.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce using quantity of coils of a capacitor motor by a method wherein taps for the middle speed and the low speed are provided at the middle of an auxiliary winding, and the taps thereof and a capacitor for operation are controlled to be changed over. CONSTITUTION:The tap 24 for the middle speed and the tap 25 for the low speed provided respectively at the middle of the auxiliary winding 22 are changed over to be connected in series to the capacitor 26 for operation according to load when the motor is to be operated at the middle speed or at the low speed. Because efficiency of the motor is in ideal current flowing condition at this time owing to no generation of distortion in the currnt flowing in the respective windings, the number of revolution can be made as variable by reducing operating torque to be generated by reduction of the number of turns of the auxiliary winding 22. Reduction of efficiency at this time can be reduced by selecting the position of leading out of the tap 24 for the middle speed and the tap 25 for the low speed.

    • PURPOSE:In an air conditioning system having both cooling and heating functions, to increase a flow rate of the refrigerant circulated without changing the cylinder volume of compressor to keep a high level of performance coefficient upon both air cooling and heating operations. CONSTITUTION:In the air conditioning system having a closed type of motor operated compressor 1 equipped with the compressor means portion 12 and motor portion 14 within a closed vessel 12, the bypass circuit comprising an electromagnetic switching valve 7, an auxiliary capillary tube 8, a path 36 forming part of an outdoor heat exchanger 3 and a secondary suction pipe 26 is provided between the intermediate of an indoor heat exchanger 4 and a heating capillary tube 6 and the interior of the cylinder chamber 17 of said compressor means 12. The head of the piston 16 disposed in said cylinder chamber 17 has the stepped portion 29 which is coincide with the groove 27 formed within the cylinder chamber 17 when the piston 17 reached a bottom dead point. To this groove 27 is open said secondary pipe 26.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive saveing energy as well as to save consuming power as an air conditioner together with reducing bearing loss to a large extent by obtaining a lubricating oil supplying system attainable narrow diametral formation of the bearing diameter. CONSTITUTION:In a full enclosed type motor-driven compressor 1 allocated a compressor mechanism 4 having a motor-driven part 3 and cylinders 9a, 9b in an enclosing vessel 2, now when the motor-driven part 3 has been driven, lubricating oil stagnating at the bottom part of the vessel 2 is drawn in through opening ports 40a, 40b of a thrust bearing 16 via intake ports 43a, 43b under a crankshaft 6, which arrives at an internal diametral expanding part 45 of a bearing 15b being splashed outside through traversal bores 49a, 49b by centrifugal force engendered by rotational force of the crankshaft 6. Then, the lubricating oil streams through a conductive bore 42 of the bearing 16, a force-up bore 41, an oil passage 46 into traversal bores 47a, 47b and a traversal bore 48 down to an oil groove 49 in order to respectively lubricate eccentric parts 14a, 14b and an upper part bearing part 15a. This constitution is realizable for desired purpose.
