    • PURPOSE: To minimize the stop time of a pressure pump by enabling optimum operation control, by providing a control apparatus, which performs the capacity control of the pressure pump by the water level of a pure water, to a pure water making apparatus.
      CONSTITUTION: Raw water entering from an apparatus inlet 9 is pressurized by a pressure pump and passes through a filter 2 and an ion exchange resin tower 3 to be stored in a water storage tank 4 as purified water. The pressure pump 1 is operated while the operation speed thereof is changed by a control apparatus 7 on the basis of the position of a water level detected by a liquid level detector 5. A liquid level detection electrode 5 is constituted of a common electrode 5a, a high speed operation electrode 5b, a low speed operation electrode 5c and a stopping electrode 5d at the full time of water and, when the water level of the water storage tank 4 is lowered to a water level (a), the pressure pump 1 performs high speed operation and, when the water level is raised to restore a position (b), said pressure pump 1 is changed over to low speed operation.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of turbulent flow and prevent the shaking of a check valve by forming a water conduit which comunicates in the center part of a valve seat and has a cylindrical inner surface. CONSTITUTION:A water conduit 7 having a cylindrical inner surface to permit communication in the center part of a valve seat is formed at the discharge port in the final stage of a pump and communicates to a valve casing 3. When the pumped-up water is allowed to flow by the operation of the pump, water flows into the valve casing 3, passing through the water conduit 7, and during the flow in the water conduit 7, each direction of flow is arranged, and the stream is converged and makes contact with a float 2. Therefore, the generation turtbulent flow is eliminated, and the stability of a check valve 1 is secured, and the shaking of the float 2 is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To permit to confirm the rotating condition of the pump without dismantling a strainer by attaching the strainer to only the pump casing side of a disc-shaped partitioning wall provided at the intermediate part of the suction casing. CONSTITUTION:A hole 17, penetrating through a coupling 11, is formed at the intermediate part of the suction casing 4 while a partitioning wall 14, fixed to the casing 4, is provided. The outer periphery of the upper side of the partitioning wall 14 is covered by the strainer 5, but the lower side thereof is opened and the rotating part of the pump is exposed. Sand removing collars 7a, 7b are incorporated into the rotating part at the lower side of the partitioning wall 14 and the sand removing collar 7a, fixed to the coupling 11, is formed with small holes 8, however, these small holes 8 are accessible by the tip end of a driver or the like without removing the strainer 5, therefore, the confirmation of the rotation of a pump shaft is easily effected by hand. The packing part of the shaft does not contact with the flow of water directly, therefore, invasion of sand into the shaft packing part is prevented and the life of the bearing part of the pump may be elongated remarkably.
