SOLUTION: This centrifugal air blower is provided with an impeller having a boss 2 provided with a motor rotary shaft installing hole 6, a hub 3 on the outer periphery of the boss 2, a plurality of blades 4 arranged in the circumferential direction on the surface of the hub 3, and a shroud 5 arranged on the side opposed to the hub 3 by sandwiching the blades 4, and a motor for fixing a motor rotary shaft to the boss 2, and rotating the impeller. A plurality of slits 8 are arranged in the circumferential direction between the boss 2 of the hub 3 and the blades 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote improvements in performance by equalizing the velocity distribution of the wind passing through a heat exchanger assembly in which a plurality of heat exchangers with different lengths are superposed in the outdoor unit for an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger assembly 114 which has the superposing of a propeller fan 110 at the central part, a bell mouth 111 that is installed to a front panel 102 opposite to the propeller fan 110 at the front part, and a plate-shaped heat exchanger 121 inside an L-shaped heat exchanger 120 at the rear part, are provided. The L-shaped heat exchanger 120 forms the back side and one side of an unit. In the outdoor unit for an air conditioner in which the rotation shaft of the propeller fan 110 is arranged vertically to the ventilating surface of the heat exchanger assembly 114, a partitioned air flowing guide 115 which is bent farther forward to reach the front panel 102 through the side of the bell mouth 111 is provided, so that an L-shaped channel is formed opposite to the side part 120b and the part of the following rear side part 120a of the L-shaped heat exchanger.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the outdoor unit of an air conditioner compact and silent by providing a protrusion toward radial outward of a propeller fan and making a hole for introducing the air into a housing constituting the protrusion in the side wall on the upstream side of the propeller fan. SOLUTION: A protrusion 11a is provided on the wall of a housing proximate to a propeller fan 1 on the side opposite to a heat exchanger 3 toward the outside of the housing and a hole 11b for introducing the air into the housing is made in the side wall on the upstream side of the propeller fan constituting the protrusion 11a. Since the volume of air is balanced between then heat exchanger 3 side and the opposite side by the air introduction hole 11b, pressure fluctuation on the wall, face is suppressed as compared with an outdoor unit having no air introduction hole 11b. Since a protrusion is provided toward radial outside of the propeller fan, distance between the wall face of the housing and the outer edge of the fan is increased thus suppressing pressure fluctuation on the wall face furthermore.

Therefore, rigidity of the baldes 7 is largely improved, a quantity of materials to be used is reduced, a cost is reduced, strength is improved, and a noise can be reduced.

Since the positioning pins for the components to be mounted and others can be molded monolithically freely so that they correspond to all of the components, moreover, the operability of fitting of the components to be mounted can be improved without increasing the number of parts.
