    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve glass cracking by providing a space over the entire periphery of the end parts of upper glass and lower glass, and then completely preventing a concentrated load placed on the edge of the glass and preventing each frame from coming into contact with the end part of the glass. SOLUTION: Glass 15 is laminated glass of upper glass 15a and lower glass 15b, and the end part of the upper glass 15a and an upper frame, and the end part of the lower glass 15b and a mold frame 12 are provided with spaces so that they do not come into contact with each other. Without those spaces, the tips of glass surfaces come into direct contact with the upper frame 17 and mold frame 12 and if an information processor main body case is closed and fallen with its LCD up, the metal surface of the upper frame 17 is hit directly, so that the glass cracks. The spaces, however, prevent the glass from cracking in spite of a shock at the time of the fall. It the case is fallen with the LCD down, a soft member prevents the glass 15 from cracking.

    • PURPOSE: To continue the optimum control suitable for the floor surface, even in such a case where floor-surface information is not transmitted to a vacuum cleaner body, by transmitting the floor-surface information detected by a floor-surface detecting means at prescribed time intervals, and by controlling an electric blower on the basis of the present floor-surface information signal until the subsequent floor-surface information signal is received. CONSTITUTION: The floor-surface information detected by a suction port 905 is transmitted to a vacuum cleaner body through an infrared emitting diode that has been provided to a control circuit 109, and when it is received by the infrared receiving element of the vacuum cleaner body, the inlet power of an electric blower is controlled by a.c. phase control to attain an air quantity suitable for the floor surface, and the air quantity to be blown to an air turbine 104 is automatically controlled so as to suit the floor surface. When the infrared signal from the suction port 905 is not received by the vacuum cleaner body after a lapse of prescribed time, it is such a time that the floor surface is changed or the floor-surface information is transmitted through the suction port 905 at each prescribed time interval, so that the operation of the electric blower is controlled by the floor-surface information being sent immediately before until a prescribed time is reached.
