    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropically conductive adhesive film which suppresses streaming motion of conductive particles in connection, diminishes secondary aggregation of the conductive particles with a small additive particle amount, and can meet the demand for fine pitch, while retaining the conventional connection characteristic.
      SOLUTION: The anisotropically conductive adhesive film is obtained as follows: conductive particles 1 are sprinkled, fixed and concentrated with a flow of air on a surface layer of a first insulating adhesive 2 formed on a peelable film base 3, the conductive particles 1 are uniformly arranged and allowed to exist within 8 μm from the surface of a second insulating adhesive 4 stuck on the first insulating adhesive 2, and the conductive particles 1 are embedded in the surface layer of the first insulating adhesive 2. The first insulating adhesive 2 and the second insulating adhesive 4 comprise a phenoxy resin, a microencapsulated latent curing agent and a liquid epoxy resin.
