CONSTITUTION: A case 12 of this device is internally provided with a water storage tank 13 for freezing a part of water W contained therein with a cooling pipe 14. Furthermore, a control circuit controls a refrigeration cycle on the basis of data detected with an icing sensor 31 and a temperature sensor 32, thereby keeping the volume of ice I at a pertinent level. Also, a cover to open and close the top of the tank 13 is fitted with a protective cylinder 38 projected downward, and the cylinder 38 is internally fitted with the first float switch 39 for detecting the preset water level, and the second float switch 40 for detecting a protection water level lower than the preset level. Also, the control circuit controls a feed valve 20 on the basis of data detected with the switches 39 and 40, thereby maintaining the suitable volume of water W in the tank 13.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically stir up an extracted beverage stored in an extraction tank. CONSTITUTION:The lower part of an extraction tank 18 is housed in the inside of a first water bath tank 14. A pouring tube 44 for communicating with a pouring nozzle 42 formed in front of a housing is made to communicate and connected with a bottom part of the extraction tank 18. A gage tube 46 utilizing a communicating tube principle is made to communicate and connected with the pouring tube 44 extended out in front of the housing. The upper end of the gage tube 46 is made to communicate and connected with a vapor supply tube 52 communicating with a first water bath tank 14. A communicating position of the vapor supply tube 52 to a first water bath tank 14 is set so as to face a vapor zone EZ in the upper part than the surface of hot water stored in the tank 14. In the vapor supply tube 52, a solenoid valve SV2 is disposed. That is, by opening the solenoid valve SV2, vapor generated in the vapor zone EZ is supplied to the extraction tank 18 and coffee can be stirred up.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the cooling effect of the oil in a shell by utilizing waste heat for hot water supply by a method wherein water is heated by exchanging heat at an oil cooler before being supplied to a heat exchanger for hot water supply. CONSTITUTION:An oil temperature sensor and a pressure sensor 6 to detect the delivery pressure of a compressor are equipped respectively within a shell and in a piping. Water, the flow rate of which is controlled by a pressure- compensated flow control valve 8, bypasses an oil cooler by a bypass piping 12, when the temperature of the oil in the shell is below the set value, while passes through the oil cooler, when the temperature of the oil in the shell exceeds the set value for exchanging heat. Further, said water exchanges heat with high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas at a heat exchanger 2 for hot water supply so as to be supplied through a hot water supplying pipe 11 to a hot water storage tank 15 or to an outside supplying port.

    • PURPOSE: To make a temperature of cold water in a water storage tank uniform and prevent heat from flowing into the water storage tank from the external side as much as possible. CONSTITUTION: A water storage tank 13, which is cooled by cooling pipes 15, is provided in a case main body 12, and water W in the water storage tank is allowed to circulate by a circulating water passage 29 and a circulating pump 30. An operation controlling circuit controls a water feed valve 21 on the basis of detection made by float switches 24, 25 to keep a water level in the water storage tank at a proper level and controls a refrigerating cycle on the basis of detection made by an icing sensor 36 to keep a quatity of ice I in the water storage tank in a proper quantity. The operation controlling circuit stops the operation of the circulating pump 30 in a time zone from nine o'clock in the evening to eight o'clock in the following morning, during which a cold water feeder is not used, with the aid of a 24-hour timer and a timer switch.
