    • PURPOSE:To fix a starter magnetic switch without providing any special part for fixing by attaching one end of an oscillating piece which extends toward from a switch case to the positive terminal of a battery and attaching a support piece extending outward from the opposite side to the negative terminal of the battery. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 5a and 5b extend outward in counter directions from the both ends of a switch 2. The switch 2 is fixed to a battery 1 by fixing its electrode terminals 7a and 7b by the use of a bolt 6. The positive terminal 5a of the switch 2 is electrically connected directly to the positive terminal 7a of the battery 1 at the point when the terminal 5a is fixed to the terminal 7a. The terminal 5b which is a metallic support piece insulated from the case only fixes the switch 2. A negative terminal 8 protrudes outside from the side of the switch 2. One end of a cable 9 is connected to the terminal 8 and the other end is connected to a cell motor (M).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal molding consisting of a light metal such as Al or Mg and having a minute void inside. SOLUTION: A preparatory molding 4, 14 is molded by burying a second metal 3 having a lower melting-point than a first metal in a fine material 2, 13 including the first metal. The preparatory molding 4, 14 is heated at a higher temperature than the melting point of the first metal to melt the second metal, so that a metal molding 6, 16 having the void 5, 15 inside is molded. The metal molding 6, 16 is arranged in a cavity 10 of a mold 8, and a molten third metal is poured, thereby molding a metal insert molding 11, 18 in which the metal molding 6, 16 is cast-in with the third metal 12. The preparatory molding 4, 14 is arranged in the cavity 10 of the mold 8, and heated after the molten third metal having a melting point lower than that of the first metal and higher than that of the second metal is poured.     • PURPOSE:To enhance serviceability by detachably providing a pillion seat onto a car body, which is provided with a housing section in a bag shape housing a helmet, and thereby making it possible for a driver to walk around having a helmet with him in a state that the pillion seat is removed from the car body. CONSTITUTION:A driver seat 2 provided for the upper surface of the rear section of a car body is separately formed from a pillion seat 3 so that the pillion seat 3 is installed onto an opening 4a formed on the step section 4 of the rear section of the car body. The pillion seat 3 is composed of a bottom plate 6 and a seat section 7 to which the front end of the bottom plate is rotatably pivoted, and is locked by a locking section 6b at the locking section of a supporting plate 8a arranged within the front opening 4a. On the other hand, the pillion seat is freely locked by the locking hole 8b1 of a supporting plate 8b at the locking section 6b while it is made detachable to the car body. A housing section 20 housing a helmet 11 is provided between the bottom plate 6 and the seat section 7, and the housing section 20 is formed into a bag shape using supporting clothes 20a and 20b so that a fastener 22 provided between the clothes 20a and 20b is adapted to open/close the housing section 20.
