摘要： PURPOSE:To largely improve the manufacturing yield by bending a metallic belt-like material of the prescribed section in its width direction, cutting by a round unit of turning, manufacturing an annular bent formings of end parts being butted and then jointing the end parts of the formings mutually. CONSTITUTION:A spiral like bent formings S of the prescribed radius of curvature is subjected to bending by using the belt-like material, at first, making the thick wall part 4a side for ear to the outer circumferential side. Next, this bent formings S is cut by a round unit of turning, an annular bent formings 9 with end parts butted is produced. Succeedingly, the end parts 9a, 9b of this bent formings 9 are jointed mutually, and the end parts jointed products 10 is manufactured. Then, the thick wall part for ear 4a of the circumferential edge of the end parts jointed formings 10 is worked with chamfering, the circumferential end ear part 2a is formed. Through the above processes, the clutch disk core plate is manufactured. Further, by firmly fixing the friction material 3 with large coefficient of friction on both surfaces of this core plate 2, the clutch disk is obtained.

A ring oil chamber 21 is formed in space between the clutch center 15 and the pressure plate 17, while oil fed after passing through an inner part of the main shaft 5 gets in the oil chamber 21 from an opening part 155 of the clutch center 15, from which it passes an oil hole 156 of the clutch center 15, cooling both these friction plates 19 and 20.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly supply operation oil to hydraulic chambers of a static hydraulic clutch. CONSTITUTION:A cam surface 15 is formed on a side surface of a large- diameter gear 9 driven by a crank chaft 1, while a cylinder block 11 is fixed to a main shaft 2 of a transmission. An even number of plungers 14 reciprocated by the cam surface 15 are fitted to cylinder ports 13 of the cylinder block 11. A clutch valve 19 is provided on the cylinder block 11 for communicating and interrupting hydraulic chambers 16 formed in respect to the cylinder ports 13 through a first oil passages 21a, with each other. One group of the plungers 14 and the other group thereof have phases opposite to each other. Upon engagement of a clutch 7 which is indicated in the figure, the hydraulic chambers 16 are connected to an oil pump 30 through a second oil passage 21 having a check valve 22. The hydraulic chambers on high pressure side are sealed, while operation oil is supplied to the oil chambers 16 on low pressure side from the oil pump 30.

In order to control the clutch valve 52, a clutch control ring 54 is engaged at the outer end thus to control transmission of power between a hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor. Consequently, shortcircuit and interruption between both oil chambers can be controlled to never extend the overall length of transmission resulting in compact unit.
