The light guide film 11 is adhered to the polarization plate 90 with the adhesive layer 12 whose refractive index is nearly equal to those of the conductive film 11 and the polarization plate 90, then, multiple reflection is not caused, then, the image display with high contrast can be attained.

When the long sheet-like material is cut, the depth of cut reaches the carrier film F12 substantially and is less than a half of the thickness of the carrier film F12 at least at both ends of the carrier film F12 in the width direction.
