摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically change a selection chain by detecting the insertion/ ejection of each package and its power interruption by its adjacent package and blocking a corresponding line. CONSTITUTION:Power is mutually supplied from a series of line-corresponding packages 10, 20, 30 to relays 11, 21, 31 included in their adjacent packages 10, 20, 30 and the fault information such as the power interruption of the package concerned and its ejection is detected by its adjacent package based upon the existence of power supply. The adjacent package detecting the fault blocks the driving source of the defective package and changes the constitution of a blocked circuit selecting chain. Thus, the blocked circuit selecting chain can be automatically changed by controlling the blocking information by the adjacent package.

Thus, even if two pass selection relays are selected in error at the same time, it is found out in advance.

Thus, in measuring the F, that is, VA', VB', VA, VB, it is possible to obtain the grounding resistance Rx.
