摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence that noise and the fluctuation of a modulation degree in an input signal give on detection and to highly precisely detect the identification control signal in an NRZ system and a carrier system. SOLUTION: The identification control signal in the NRZ system is detected by using a luminance signal separated by a three-dimensional Y/C separation circuit 2, and the identification control signal of the carrier system is detected by using a chrominance signal whose signal level is optimized in an ACC circuit. The luminance signal extracted in the three-dimensional Y/C separation circuit 2 is used for detecting the identification control signal in the NRZ system. Thus, detection is highly precisely executed even if noise is added to an input signal. Even if the modulation degree of the input signal fluctuates highly precise detection is executed by using the chrominance signal processed in the ACC circuit 6 for the detection of the identification signal in the carrier system.

The coefficients a1 -a9 of the multipliers 16-24 can be switched in accordance with a control signal from a control terminal 15. The luminance signals Y, two color difference signals B-Y and R-Y or three primary color signals G, B and R can be obtained in output terminals 28, 29 and 30 in accordance with such switching.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display each of the images from plural different kinds of image sources by the same display means with the same image quality determined by this display means. SOLUTION: A display means 7 is the one with high image quality like the TFT liquid crystal panel corresponding to an XGA, for instance. From an input terminal 1, the television signal of an NTSC system is received and the television signal is converted into the video signal of a VGA signal form in an NTSC-VGA conversion circuit 4. From an input terminal 2, the image information signals of the signal forms such as the VGA, SVGA and XGA, etc., from a personal computer are inputted and the signals are switched to the video signals of the VGA signal form from the NTSC-VGA conversion circuit 11 and are selected. The output signal of a changeover switch 5 is converted into the image signal of the XGA signal form in a VGA-XGA conversion circuit 6 and the signal is supplied to the display means 7. Thus, image displays are performed for all the image signals inputted from input terminals 1 and 2 by the number of picture element (1024×768) corresponding to the XGA in the display means 7.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an identifying signal by means of following a deviation when the deviation is generated in a horizontal phase where the identifying signal is superimposed and in a detection scanning line by changing the horizontal detection starting position of the identifying signal and the scanning line. SOLUTION: When the TV system identifying signal is superimposed on the prescribed position, a control microcomputer 301 respectively sets the detection scanning line capable of detecting the signal in a horizontal synchronizing signal counter 201 and sets the horizontal detection starting position in a delay circuit 202 as an initial setting value. When the identifying signal is not detected from a TV signal which is inputted from a TV signal input terminal 104 to an identifying signal detecting circuit 203, the control microcomputer 301 controls the delay circuit 202 and changes the horizontal detection starting position. When the identifying signal is not detected by this, the horizontal synchronizing signal counter 201 is controlled and the detection scanning line is changed. Thus, the delay circuit 202 is controlled so that the identifying signal is detected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and clearly display video image indicated by the video signal of an optional transmission system on the display of an optional screen system. SOLUTION: The PLL 3 and controller 7 of this video signal processor 9 identify the transmission system of the video signals B inputted from a terminal 1 by identification signals C received by the terminal 4. The PLL 3 uses a frequency division ratio suitable for the identified transmission system of the video signals B and frequency-divides a reference frequency for performing phase comparison with the video signals B. Thus, an optimum sampling frequency is supplied to an A/D converter 2. The controller 7 decides the vertical magnification rate of a vertical magnification circuit 5 and the horizontal magnification rate of a horizontal magnification circuit 6 from the screen system of the display 8 and the identified transmission system of the video signals B. As a result, the vertical magnification circuit 5 and the horizontal magnification circuit 6 execute a vertical magnification processing and a horizontal magnification processing for offsetting the difference of the aspect ratios of the display 8 and the video signals B to the video B.

Thereby it is unnecessary for a user to directly execute switch operation corresponding to the sort of an LD to be reproduced, improving operation convenience. Thus a TV signal receiver eliminating the necessity of changing an automatic operation program in accordance with the sort of an LD and capable of reproducing MUSE and NTSC signals can be obtained.

An image conversion means 2 calculates No of an interpolation coefficient with No=1-Mo, Me=Mo+ S2 -[Mo+S2 ] and Ne=1-Me (where S2 : the 2nd offset value) and also calculates the interpolation coefficients Me and Ne for the even-nunbered fields. Then the means 2 multiplies the video signals of two input scanning lines by an interpolation coefficient which is equivalent to a weighting coefficient to add these signals and produces the video signals of a single sequential scanning line.
