摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a wire dot printing head, which has long life and can prevent the generation of the malfunction of operation, and a residual sheet suitable for the usage to the printing head. CONSTITUTION:A wire dot printing head is constituted by mounting residual sheets 8 among a plurality of circularly arranged armatures having printing wires and cores set up oppositely to each of the armatures. The residual sheet 8 is composed of two sheets 8a, 8b on the armature side and the cores side. Both surfaces of the sheet 8b are coated with a lubricant 9, and the hollow diameter of the sheet 8b is organized at a value smaller than that of the sheet 8a. It is desirable that the outside dimensions of the sheet 8b are constructed at values smaller than those of the sheet 8a.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic interference by a method wherein when a printer is provided with a mode for printing at a normal speed and a mode for printing at a speed m-times as high as the normal speed (m is a natural number), a pin pitch between odd-numbered pins or even-numbered pins on a printing head in a feed direction is set to an odd (even) dot pitch when (m) is an even (odd) number. CONSTITUTION:In a normal-speed printing mode, when an odd-numbered pin #1 reaches a predetermined pixel position D8 while a printing head is carried from right to left by 1 pitch, an even-numbered pin #24 is shifted from the position D8 or D9 by 0.5 pitch because an odd-numbered pin group and an even-numbered pin group are disposed with a shift from each other by 0.5 dot pitch. Thus, the both are not synchronously driven. By carrying drive currents with a 1/2 period, the drive currents to both the pins are shifted by 1/2 period. Therefore, the drive currents to both the pins never overlap, and a magnetic interference can be prevented. On the other hand, in a high-speed printing mode, the overlap of drive currents is averaged, a peak value is reduced, and a magnetic interference can be prevented because dot pins are so arranged that a pin pitch between pins of the both groups is set to an odd dot pitch.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform a stable printing operation by enabling magnetic interference which is to be generated between leakage magnetic flux from a coil and magnetic flux of a permanent magnet to be prevented even though the printing operation is performed at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:An armature 11 is arranged opposed to a core 2 on which a coil 3 is wound around. A printing wire 5 is fitted to one end side of the armature 11 via a lever 4. Magnetic flux of a permanent magnet around the core 2 is offset by making a current flow to the coil, and the armature 11 is driven to print with the printing wire 5. The armature 11 is molded by metal powder injection molding. Further, an absorbing surface 11A of the armature 11 is molded in the almost same form as an absorbing surface 2A of the core 2.
