    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size vacuum switch, in which a movable electrode reduces the length from a fixed electrode to a power source and a load side cable head, to reduce power loss and heat generation. SOLUTION: In this vacuum switch, the movable electrode 7 connected to a load side conductor via a flexible conductor 22 opens and closes with the fixed electrode. Thereby, a current path become short, electrical resistance is decreased so that electrical power loss, and heat generation is proportionally reduced and results in a switchgear to be miniaturized. Thus, conventionally, malfunctions in a vacuum switch with electricity made to flow to an external power source and to a load via a rod from a contacting movable electrode and the back of a fixed electrode so that current path is lengthened, the electrical resistance becomes large, and electrical power loss is large are resolved.     • PURPOSE:To prevent an output mirror from damaging due to dew condensation and to stabilize a laser output by cooling the mirror and a total-reflection mirror with a coolant passed from a cooler through a second heat exchanger to supply the coolant of stable temperature higher than the dew point temperature to cool a resonator. CONSTITUTION:An output mirror 9 and a total-reflection mirror 13 are formed in a pipe state, and held and supported through a predetermined interval by supporting rods 16, 17 having low expansion coefficient to pass coolant. A cooler 19 for supplying coolant of predetermined temperature and quantity to a resonator 18 and composed of a discharge tube 5, the mirrors 9, 13 and the rods 16, 17, etc., is provided. In a laser generator constructed in this manner, the mirrors 9, 13 are cooled with the coolant passed from the cooler 19 through a second heat exchanger 2. Thus, the laser generator in which the coolant of higher stable temperature than the dew point temperature is supplied to cool the resonator 18 to prevent the mirror 9 from damaging due to dew condensation and to stabilize a laser output can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid the warp of a laser beam axis and stabilize a laser output by providing flexible portions in the exhaust side of gas flow paths through which mixed gas is supplied to and exhausted from a discharge tube. CONSTITUTION:Both external ends of a discharge tube 2 are supported by supports 3A and 3B. The lower end of the one supporter 3A is fixed to a foundation plane and the other supporter 3B is contacted with the foundation plane through a roller 3C. The lower end of the discharge tube 2 is linked with a laser bar 9 through flow inlet flexible nozzles 8 provided at a predetermined interval. The upper end of the discharge tube 2 is connected to a gas circulating part 14 through two flow outlets 12A and 12B and an exhaust tube 13. The exhaust tube 13 is connected to the flow outlets 12A and 12B and the circulating part 14 through flexible members such as bellows 16A and 16B. With this constitution, even if the exhaust tube 13 is expanded, the beam axis of the discharge tube 2 is not warped so that the laser output can be stabilized.
