    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a size and price reducible personal air-conditioning device. SOLUTION: A draft duct 120 is formed with an intake 122 for air to be sent, and a draft opening 124 having fins for changing a wind direction. The air intake 122 is formed on a top face part of the personal air-conditioning device, and the draft opening 124 is formed in a front face lower part of the personal air-conditioning device. Air is taken in from the air intake 122 by a fan 130, and it is passed through the draft duct 120 and sent to a device exterior from he draft opening 124. In the draft duct 120, heat storage parts are arranged in one row in an upper part, and heat radiation parts are arranged in one row in a lower part. Since the heat storage parts and the heat radiation parts are arranged in one draft duct 120, space is saved on in comparison with when individually providing the heat storage parts and the heat radiation parts in draft ducts. Heat exhaust during heat storage, and supply of cold air and draft can be carried out by one fan. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store events that environment, organization, and people or solid bodies relate to as event sequence data by sequentially inputting things recalling them by the events in the time-series order of cause and effect and storing them as the event sequence data in a storage device. SOLUTION: An operator inputs the event units of events that environment, organizations, and people or solid bodies relate to through an input device 102 in the time-series order of cause and effect. An event sequence data operation part 110 stores the input event sequence as event sequence data in the storage device 103. An organization structure model conversion part 111 converts the stored event sequence data into knowledge representing an event generation rule prescribing the stored event sequence data by the environment, organization, and people and solid bodies and stores it as organization structure model data in the storage device 103. A possible event generation and presentation part 112 generates possible events to be recalled at respective points of time in a time series from the sequentially stored organization structure model data. Then generation and presentation part 112 displays the generated possible events on a display device 104.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for recognizing character with which operability/ processability is improved by extracting the same type of character strings from recognized candidates. SOLUTION: While successively fetching candidate character groups provided from character recognition, a same type character string segmenting part 3 segments cursive form of Japanese syllabary (KANA)/square form of KANA type character strings. The cursive form of KANA/ square form of KANA type character string is compared with a previously set word dictionary by a word matching part 6, and the coincident character string is extracted and exchanged with the recognized result of 1st candidate in the candidate character group. At such a time, a marker is added to the character matched with the word dictionary 7. AKANA/Chinese character (KANJI) converting part 4 performs KANA/KANJI conversion to the character string having no marker and adds the result to the candidate character group. Besides, the segmenting part 3 segments the KANJI/alphanumeral type character strings from the candidate character groups, these character strings are compared with the previously set dictionary 7 by the word matching part 6, the coincident character strings are extracted, and these character strings are exchanged with the recognized result of 1st candidate in the candidate character group. At such a time, a marker is added to a fixed word part.
