摘要： PURPOSE:To secure smooth operation with lubricant penetrating into a gap by providing the gap for connecting sections among a connecting rod both ends of which are formed with spherical bodies, a piston and a piston support. CONSTITUTION:After a connecting rod 5 which has the surfaces of steel balls 6 at its both ends coated with a thin film excellent in lubricity, is installed in a compressor, the compressor is rotated for the specified numbers of revolution, and the thin film 11 coated over the surface of each steel ball 6 is peeled off so as to be removed by friction force owing to the rotation so that a gap 12 equivalent to the thickness of the thin film 11 is thereby formed between each steel ball 6 and the recessed surface if a piston support 4. In this case, the gap 12 is filled with lubricant, and smooth operation is thereby secured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent peeling of an insulating layer from an outer surface of a superconductor due to a load generated in manufacturing a coil. CONSTITUTION:In a covered superconductor where superconductors 1 are covered with a normal conductor 2 provided with an insulating layer 3 at the cooling surface thereof, a reinforcing member such as a fiber-like reinforcing member having a strength larger than that of a coating material is housed inside the insulating layer 3. Consequently, since the fiber-like reinforcing member, for example, short glass fiber having a small diameter is disposed inside the insulating layer in a continuously or discontinuously twisted state not only in the circumferential direction but also in the axial direction of the superconductor, shear strength of the insulating layer becomes larger and joining strength between the insulating layer and the outer surface of the superconductor becomes larger. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent separation of the insulating layer therein in manufacturing a coil and peeling of the insulating layer from the outer surface of the superconductor, and to secure insulating and cooling functions.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the flux density of the end parts of recording electrodes and the bonding strength of toner in order to improve the resolution of recording picture by forming an organic thin film having a specific thickness between the recording electrode and a magnetic sheet. CONSTITUTION:An organic thin film 4 is formed on the surface of a magnetic sheet 1 by electrodeposition, cleaned with flowing water then dried. After forma tion of the organic film 4, the magnetic sheet 1 is laid on a base plate 3 on which recording electrodes 2 are produced by etching. They are then heated in a nonoxidizing atmosphere to polymerize and harden the organic film so as to bond together the magnetic sheet and the base plate. This method permits a uniform attachment of the sheet and the base plate with the magnetic sheet and the recording electrode insulated from each other and with a gap of 1-20 mum produced therebetween. Although the organic film can be provided on either magnetic sheet or recording electrode side, its film thickness is 1-20 mum.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the amt. of defects in a formed org. coating film by repeatedly carrying out electrodepositing and baking processes twice or more. CONSTITUTION:DC voltage is impressed between an electrical conductor as a body to be coated and an electrode in an aq. resin soln. to electrodeposit the resin on the surface of the body to be coated. The electrodeposited resin is then polymerized by baking and the resulting coating film is hardened. In the case where the hardened film has parts through which the base is exposed, e.g. pinholes and thin parts, electrodeposition and baking are carried out again. The resin in the soln. deposits selectively on the defective parts having high electrical conductivity and fills the parts. Since the resin does not deposit on the entire surface of the film, the thickness of the film is not increased by the 2nd electrodeposition and the body to be coated can be coated with an org. thin film free from defects. 摘要： PURPOSE:To coat the pinholes of a plating film with an org. film and to prevent the corrosion of a magnesium alloy by forming the plating layer consisting of copper and Ni-P on the surface of the carriage consisting of the magnesium alloy and electrodepositing an org. film thereon. CONSTITUTION:The carriage is formed by die casting the magnesium alloy, then subjecting the cast alloy to a heat treatment and working the alloy to a prescribed size by machining. Copper 24 is thereafter electroplated thereon and electroless Ni-P 23 is clad thereon. An epoxy film 22 is then clad thereon and is cured by baking. Further, the second electrodeposition is executed after the end of the baking to deposit the resin on defective parts 25, by which the defective parts are repaired. The metal plating having good corrosion resistance is applied on the magnesium alloy carriage and the org. film is clad thereon in such a manner, by which the coating of the pinholes of the plating with the org. films is executed, the contact of the magnesium alloy and the atm. moisture is prevented and galvanic corrosion is prevented.

Resin material made insulators 5 and spacer members 13 in different insulating characteristics from those of the insulating material 5 are laid between the pancakes 12 so that the insulating characteristics of the thin highmolecular insulating films may be sustained and the cooling fluid may be prevented from running into the superconductors thereby enabling the title superconductive coils in high cooling stability to be manufactured.
