摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration of a crawler device having a crawler. SOLUTION: A crawler 3 is suspended between a drive side wheel 1 and a driven side wheel 2. A rotary pulse sensor 4 detecting the motion of the drive side wheel 1 is installed near the drive side wheel 1. The motion signal of the drive side wheel 1 is inputted to a synchronization generator to generate a synchronization signal. The synchronization signal is superimposed on the instruction signal of the drive torque generated by a computer 19 and driving the drive side wheel 1 by an adder 18, and the superimposed signal is inputted to a DC servomotor 7.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable continuous operation for a long period by composing a magnetic thrust bearing of plural coils and a circular housing having the same number of coil slots as the coils for the coils to be inserted providing a protrusion at a forward end of each coil slot, and inserting plural plates in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:Protrusions are provided in a housing 3 at forward ends of coil slots, a width (a) of a protruding part is set wider than a width (b) of a coil slot part, and a cut is provided at one position of a circumference of the protruding part. A coil 4 is wound at the coil slot part, a plate 5 is inserted from the cut part, and these are installed at several positions in the circumference while moving along the circumference. After assembling the coils 4 and the plates 5 in the housing 3, a varnish process is applied, insulation property of the housing 3, coils 4, and plates 5 is improved, and the coils 4 and the plates 5 are restrained to the housing 3. A magnetic bearing can thus be operated continuously for a long period, and removal of the coils 4 from the housing 3, when it is caused by reduction of restraining force between the coils 4 by secular deterioration, can be prevented by effect of the plates 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce vibration of a rotary body by detecting increase, etc., in self-excited vibration due to labyrinth seal swirl and shaft vibration due to surging with a shaft vibrometer and then additionally applying vibration to the rotary body with swirling force synchronized with the oscillation frequency so as to suppress the vibration. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 2 of a centrifugal compressor is supported in its rotating shaft 1 by a thrust bearing 3 and a radial bearing 4. A labyrinth seal 6 consisting of plural seals in between the periphery of the rotating shaft 1 and the inner surface of a casing adjoining thereto is installed. In this case, a magnetic bearing 10 for additionally applying vibration in x, y directions to the rotating shaft l between the radial bearing 4 and a coupling 9 is provided. This is used only for suppressing overvibration. That is, when a vibration detection signal detected by a vibration sensor 7 exceeds a specified level, a switch 13 is turned on by an overvibration decision section 15 and thus the control is achieved by sine wave and cosine wave signals generated synchronously with the frequency by a PLL circuit 11 through an additional vibration controller 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To restrain a vibrating phenomenon of a high bending mode of a rotor by providing a damping adding means for damping vibration of the rotor at a coupling part of the rotor supported by an electromagnetic bearing and connected through the coupling part. CONSTITUTION:At the end part of a rotor shaft 1, a flange 6 constituting a coupling is installed through a boss part 6C. A diaphragm 8 in the shape matching the flange 6 is fixed to the flange 6 by a plurality of bolts 7, and one end of an intermediate axis 9 is fixed to the center hole of the diaphragm 8. An interval is formed at a predetermined range between the inner diameter surface of the boss part 6C and the outer circumference of the rotor shaft 1, and a viscous oil 10 is poured into this interval as a damping adding means. O rings 11 are provided at both ends in the axial direction of the layer of this viscous oil 10. By this constitution, even if the shaft 1 is vibrated with a high bending vibration, a damping effect of the vibration can be obtained by a damper action of the viscous oil 10.

The starter 5 is attached to a rigid attachment stand 7, and a transmission function is calculated by an FET analyzer via a modal experiment using the impulse vibrations and based on the measurement data. A single unit test is also carried out with the master 6. Finally the real device characteristic is measured by the master 6. Thus the simulation calculation is carried out via a personal computer based on the data.

Displacement detectors 4 for controlling the electromagnetic bearing 3 are arranged at the inside of the linear motor shaft 1 at two positions in X and Y directions with respect to the electromagnetic bearing, and displacement of the linear motor shaft 1 is detected at the inner diameter side. The displacement detector 4 is arranged on a displacement detector fixing member 5 arranged in the linear motor shaft 1. By such arrangement, centering can be carried out with high accuracy.
