    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power generation efficiency by effectively using heat energy generated by a shift reactor caused by shift reaction, and to prevent an increase in a replenishing water quantity of a system by dispensing with methanol processing generated by the shift reaction, in a gasification power generation system.SOLUTION: The gasification power generation system includes the shift reactor 5 for supplying formation gas generated by gasifying carbon fuel and converting carbon monoxide in the formation gas into carbon dioxide by using shift steam, a knockout drum 15 for removing moisture in the formation gas after the shift reaction, and a gas turbine 21 for using the formation gas after the shift reaction as fuel. The gasification power generation system further includes an evaporator 6 supplied with drain from the knockout drum 15. The evaporator 6 generates the steam by evaporating the supplied moisture by using reaction heat generated by the shift reactor 5. The steam generated by the evaporator 6 is used for the shift steam.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO 2 recovery method and a CO 2 recovery apparatus which reduce energy consumption and suppress deterioration in power generation efficiency of a process for recovering CO 2 by bringing a gasified gas of fuel containing carbon into contact with an absorption liquid. SOLUTION: The CO 2 recovery method has the steps of: reacting a produced gas 1 produced by gasifying the fuel containing carbon with water vapor 2 on a catalyst to convert CO contained in the produced gas 1 to CO 2 ; introducing the produced gas 1 into an absorption liquid heater 23 and heating the absorption liquid 6 taken out from the bottom of a CO 2 absorption tower 24 using the condensing heat of water contained in the produced gas 1 and the sensible heat of the produced gas 1; removing condensed water contained in the produced gas 1, then introducing the produced gas 1 into a CO 2 absorption tower 24 and bringing the produced gas 1 into contact with the absorption liquid 6 in the CO 2 absorption tower 24 to absorb CO 2 in the produced gas 1; and reducing the pressure of absorption liquid 6 heated by the absorption liquid heater 23 and releasing CO 2 gas to regenerate the absorption liquid 6 and returning the regenerated absorption liquid 6 to the CO 2 absorption tower 24.       SOLUTION: This high humidity gas turbine facility comprises: a turbine 11; a compressor 13; a humidifier 15, which brings the air compressed by the compressor 13 into contact with feed water to humidify the air; a regenerative heat exchanger 17, which causes the air humidified by the humidifier 15 to be heated by exhaust gas; a combustor 19, which burns the air heated by the regenerative heat exchanger 17 and fuel to generate the combustion gas; a deaerator 33 including a deaerating section 35, to which feed water used in the humidifier 15 for humidification of air and makeup water to the humidifier 15 are supplied and which deaerates the feed water and the makeup water with steam, a water storage tank 37, in which feed water deaerated in the deaerating section 35 and makeup water are stored, and a steam generating section 37, which causes feed water and makeup water in the water storage tank 37 to be heated by exhaust gas from the turbine 11 to evaporate and supplies the steam to the deaerating section 35; and a feed water supply pipe 34, through which the feed water and the makeup water in the water storage tank 37 are supplied to the humidifier 15.
