SOLUTION: The method for predicting a boiler heat transfer tube wall temperature comprises the steps of dividing a furnace space into a plurality of three-dimensional factors to set a furnace analyzing factor, dividing a heat transfer tube wall into a plurality of one-dimensional or two-dimensional factors to set a heat transfer tube wall analyzing factor, dividing a boundary of the analyzing factors into a plurality of two-dimensional elements to set an interface factor, analyzing the heat transfer in the furnace according to a furnace heat transfer analyzing model based on a furnace analyzing factor, replacing a heat transfer amount distribution of the tube wall obtained by the previous analysis with heat transfer amount of each interface factor, then replacing the heat transfer amount of the each interface factor with a heat transfer amount of each heat transfer tube wall analyzing factor, calculating a heat transfer tube wall temperature with a heat transfer tube wall analyzing model base on the amount of each tube analyzing factor to satisfy a consistency of analyzing factors of the furnace heat transfer analysis and the tube wall heat transfer analysis, and predicting the tube wall temperature when operated including a non-steady time corresponding to the boiler operating conditions.

The washing tub 2 is built in an outer frame 1 and the content volume of the washing tub increases from V1 to V1+V1. Thus, the content volume of the washing tub and a washing capacity can be increased without changing the size of the main body of the washing machine. Further, it is possible to avoid the new installation of a size larger outer frame 1, washing tub 2, main body base 3, control panel 4, etc., so that a washing machine meeting the needs of the times for conserving natural resources can be obtained. Also, the rigidity of the washing tub is improved because a gap between the tub and outer frame is small.

In the above formation, a plurality of longitudinal ribs 9 projecting inside are attached to the inner periphery of an inner tub 11, which are made high at the part between the vicinity of a maximum washing waterlevel and the undersurface of a fluid balancer 10 at the opening part of the inner tub, and are made low at the part under the maximum washing waterlevel. The number of revolution of the inner tub 11 in a drying process, which is done at a horizontal position, is preset within the range of 60 to 70r.p.m. In this way, the tumbling movement of clothes in the drying process is smoothly done without interfering with washing and spin-drying in the inner tub 11.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the washing effect and economy of a washing machine by feeding hot and cold water under temperature control, setting a final washing water level via the detection of clothes volume at a constant low water level, detecting the quality of a cloth at the final washing water level and re-setting water flow strength and a washing time. CONSTITUTION:Washing water is supplied to a washing tub 3 up to the predetermined level via cold and hot water hoses 11 and 11A. A washing water level changing from the start to the end of washing water supply is detected in steps, and the temperature of the water is controlled to be at the predetermined level in each step. When a washing tub 3 is supplied with water up to a constant low level, a agitation vane 7 is caused to operate for a several seconds for moving clothes, and a change in the resistance value of the vane 7 is compared with a value saved in a microcomputer, thereby detecting the volume of the clothes and automatically setting a final washing water level. When the water level reaches the final washing level, the vane 7 is again caused to operate for several seconds, and a change in the resistance value thereof is compared with a value saved in the microcomputer, thereby detecting the cloth quality of the clothes. Finally, an initially set washing time is corrected, according to the total data of washing water quantity, clothes volume and cloth quality, and washing is started. According to this construction, the washing effect and economy of a washing machine can be improved via the synergetic effect of each condition.
