摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravel removing machine capable of traveling crawlers or wheels of a gravel removing machine comprising a self travelling vehicle on a smoothened surface after excavation and gravel removing thereby decreasing the slope of the vehicle, excavating in parallel to the ground surface and with an uniform depth in the width direction of the gravel removing and carrying equipment. SOLUTION: A gravel removing and carrying equipment 2 having an excavation section at the front portion of a self travelling vehicle is installed in a freely vertically turnable manner. Therefore, the width W1 of the excavating section 21 is made larger than the width W2 of the travelling body 1 of the vehicle. The width W3 of the gravel removing and carrying section 9a, 10a in the gravel removing and carrying equipment 2 is set to less than the width W4 between the right and left crawlers 1c, 1c of the traveling body or less than the width between the wheels.

SOLUTION: A gravel removing and carrying equipment having a excavating section at the tip is installed to the front portion of a self travelling vehicle. At least part of a stay 13 supporting the gravel removing and carrying equipment is constituted with a double rod with which inner and outer rods 68, 69 can make a relative movement. Therefore, the inner and outer rods 68, 69 of the double rod are coupled with a shear pin 70 having the diameter smaller than that of the fixing devices 66, 67 to be attached to the side of the gravel removing and carrying equipment and the vehicle.

SOLUTION: To a car body frame of a self travelling vehicle, an oscillating frame 7 is attached in a freely oscillating manner in such a way that the right and left can move up and down around a shaft 7a as a center installed in the back and forth direction of the vehicle. An oscillating mechanism 37 oscillating the holding device 34 up and down, is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 41 for vertical oscillation, which is housed in the telescopic arm 30, and with a link mechanism connecting the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 41 with the holding device 34.

In this control unit, in a vibration detecting mode, an output signal at racing time of the force sensor 34 is fetched to a vibration detecting means 9, to take out a signal component, related to vibration, from a force signal, and from the output signal, an output signal of each channel is checked by a vibration judging means 10. When a vibratory condition at racing time is judged abnormal, an abnormal vibration preventing means 11 is actuated to avoid abnormal vibration.

Under this condition, when the turning motor is operated to turn the body to be turned to the counterclockwise for one turning, the striker 20 abuts on the surface of the lever (a) of the lever (b) side to turn the lever (a) to a back position (d), and the lever (b) is positioned on a rotating locus of the striker 20. Under this condition, the lever (b) is pinched between balls 22, 23 to stabilize the lever 17. Furthermore, when the body to be turned is turned once in the counterclockwise, the striker 20 abuts on the surface of the lever (b) opposite to the lever (a), but the lever (a) abuts on a stopper 19 to hinder the turning of the body to be turned. Consequently, the body to be turned can be turned within a range less than 720 degree.
