    • PURPOSE:To maintain a supply hot water temperature at a 'desired temperature and to prevent generation of noise for a long time by maintaining a temperature of hot water to be circulated at a target temperature based on detection information of hot water-to-be-circulated detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature of hot water to be circulated becomes a lower limit temperature or lower, a circulation of a circulating pump 11, a ventilation of ventilating means 4 and burning of a burner 3 are started, thereby raising a temperature of the hot water to be circulated by heating by a heat exchanger 2. When the temperature of the hot water to be circulated becomes an upper limit temperature or higher, the circulation of the pump 11, the ventilation of the means 14 and the burning of the burner 3 are stopped. Then, when the temperature of the hot water to be circulated becomes the lower limit temperature or lower according to natural heat dissipation, the circulation of the pump 11, the ventilation of the means 4 and the burning of the burner 3 are started, and then such an intermittent operation is repeated to maintain the temperature of the hot water to be circulated at the target temperature.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply hot water having temperature close to a desired level at the time of redelivery by providing a check operation means for bringing a combustion state switching means into noncombustion state regardless of a combustion state command being delivered from a combustion control means to the combustion state switching means thereby combusting a burner for the purpose of retaining warmth the hot water in a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The hot water supply unit is constituted such that a first transistor T1 is turned on by inputting a pseudo signal corresponding to a water conduction signal directly to a transistor drive circuit C2 when set conditions for starting warmth retaining combustion are satisfied. The conduction signal output line from a water, quantity detection circuit C1 and the pseudo signal output line from a microcomputer M are connected with an OR having an output line connected with the transistor drive circuit C2 being provided with the water conduction signal. The check switch T6 of a check operation means may be inserted into the pseudo signal output line from the microcomputer M.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply hot water of substantially desired temperature even when water supply to a heat-exchanger is stopped or hot water is supplied in succession by delivering a combustion command when set conditions for starting temperature sustaining combustion are satisfied and executing a combustion permitting command through a switching operation circuit. SOLUTION: A microcomputer constituting a control section H determines that set conditions for starting temperature sustaining combustion are satisfied if the detection value of a temperature sustaining thermistor 20 is lower than a set lower limit when water supply to a heat-exchanger 2 is stopped. A combustion state switching means then delivers a combustion command and a switching operation circuit delivers a pseudocombustion permitting command. When the detection value of the temperature sustaining thermistor 20 exceeds a set upper limit a command for making a switch to noncombustion state is delivered to the combustion switching means. According to the arrangement, hot water of substantially desired temperature can be supplied in succession by operating a burner 2 even when water supply to the heat-exchanger 2 is stopped.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller which can accurately execute the control coping with abnormality while preventing unnecessary power supply as much as possible. SOLUTION: A control means C is the controller which is so constituted that it may execute the operation control to control the operation of electric operation parts 7 and 14 in the power supply state and may execute the control coping with abnormality in accordance with abnormality discrimination. A controlled switching means S is provided which intermits power supply to the control means C from a power source D and is opened/closed based on an operation command of the control means C, and the control means C issues the operation command for the power non-supply state to the controlled switching means S when executing the operation control as normal because of abnormality non-discrimination but issues the operation command for the power supply state to the controlled switching means S so as to keep the state of power supply to the means C itself when executing the control coping with abnormality because of abnormality discrimination.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the safety in use by performing the inspection, maintenance, or the like of the device at proper timing without deteriorating the convenience in use such as in the case of executing combustion-inhibition control each time incomplete combustion occurs. SOLUTION: In this device, the burning condition is judged to be abnormal if it occurs a set number of times that a controller C, which executes the combustion control of starting the combustion of a burner 3 when a combustion start command is issued, and stopping the combustion of the burner 3 when a combustion stop command is issued and the combustion emergency stop control of stopping the combustion, in accordance with the judgment of incomplete combustion condition, based on the detection information of the first thermocouple 17 for detecting the temperature of combustion flame, stops the combustion by the execution of the combustion emergency stop control after start of the burner 3. In this case, the combustion inhibition control is executed to inhibit the start of the combustion, regardless of the combustion start command, until a reset command is issued.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a measuring apparatus by which the flow rate of a fluid is measured with good accuracy regardless of a flow rate. SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus is provided with a signal processing part 4 which finds the flow rate of a fluid on the basis of a measuring and processing operation which counts the number of pulses to be sent during a unit time from a pulse generation part 3 due to the rotation of an impeller 2. A time-width control part 5 by which the time width of the unit time for pulse-number counting is controlled so as to be short at a large flow rate and by which the time width of the unit time for pulse-number counting is controlled so as to be long at a small flow rate is built in the measuring apparatus. Thereby, the unit time at a reverse small flow rate at which especially the number of output pulses is small is made long, the number of pulses during the unit time is increased, and a pulse frequency can be measured with good accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an instantaneous hot water supplying apparatus in which a running cost and noise can be reduced while maintaining the change of a supply hot water temperature to be small. CONSTITUTION:A a water supply passage 5 and a hot water supply passage 7 having a hot water supply cock 6 are connected to a water heating heat exchanger 2. A mixing vale 9 for regulating a ratio of hot water amount to water amount mixed at a connecting position of a bypass passage 8 of the passage 7 is provided. A circulating pump 11 for circulating hot water to be circulated via a return passage 10 for connecting the passage 7 to the passage 5 is provided. When a detected temperature of the hot water to be circulated becomes a lower limit temperature or lower, the operation of the pump 11 and burning of a burner 3 for the exchanger 2 are started. When the detected temperature of the hot water to be circulated becomes an upper limit temperature or higher, burning of the burner 3 is stopped, and heat insulation control at the time of supplying no hot water is executed in the mode that the operation of the pump 11 is stopped after the operation is continued for a predetermined time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a battery as its power source, capable of restraining flickering of a light emitting element, irrespective of the type of the battery when the voltage of a power source consisting of the battery changes rapidly. SOLUTION: When an appliance plug switch SW is turned on, a control part 3 turns on/off a solenoid valve 5 for temperature control, and compares the voltage difference between both detected voltages of a power source 1 by a voltage detecting circuit 4 under respective conditions with a prescribed threshold voltage to discriminate the type of a battery. First and second control signals, associated with the on/off operation of the solenoid valve 5 for temperature control, are determined so that current flowing through a light-emitting diode, LED 6 may be almost constant, irrespective of whether the solenoid valve 5 for temperature control is turned on or off according to the type of a battery. An LED drive circuit 7 is controlled by the second control signal to light the light-emitting diode 6. In turning on the solenoid valve 5 for temperature control, the first control signal starts controlling of the LED drive circuit 7, while in turning off the solenoid valve 5 for temperature control, the second control signal starts controlling of the LED drive circuit 7.
