摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress deterioration due to oxidation in the liquid surface of contained processing liquid by forming a slit-shaped opening part through which a photosensitive film is put in and taken out at the upper part of a liquid chamber and putting the opening part under water. CONSTITUTION:A container 1 has the liquid chamber for containing the processing liquid 7 internally and the slit-shaped opening part 2 through which the film 4 is put in and taken out is provided above it while projecting upward. A water tray 3 is arranged above the container 1 while surrounding the opening part 2 and side wall height which is high enough to hold the water level of the injected water 8 higher than the upper end of the opening part 2 is set. Namely, the water 8 is injected into the water tray 3 to cover the opening part 2 of the container 1 with the water layer, and then the processing liquid 7 charged in the container 1 is shielded from the atmosphere to preclude the characteristic deterioration due to the oxidation of the processing liquid 7.

The vessel 2 is set in a water tank 1, and a piece 6 having a flat liq. circulating hole 6a and used to guide the film and to accelerate the liq. flow is arranged in the liq. chamber 2a out of contact with the rollers.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of the complicated replenishing and exchanging control of processing solution and the cleaning of an equipment and to stabilize processing by applying bearing which successively proceeds from a lower part to an upper part on the outer surface of a development bag, raising the processing solution in the inner bottom part of the bag to the upper edge of a photosensitive film and bringing the processing solution into contact with all the surface of the photosensitive film. CONSTITUTION:The processing solution L is raised in the developing bag 10 by the difference of specific gravity from the liquid H of high specific gravity which rises in front and back pressing jackets 5 and 6 while forming a nearly horizontal liquid puddle just above the rising liquid level of the liquid H. Then, the solution L is raised while it is successively brought into contact with and wet the surface of the photosensitive film F inserted into the film insertion part 15 of the developing bag 10 from below to form the film of the processing solution on the surface of the film F and pushes air inside the developing bag 10 upward. The excess solution L which is raised over the upper edge of the film F returns to a processing solution residence part 14 with the release of pressing a pressurizing pump 8. thus, the complicated control of the characteristics of the processing solution and the cleaning are not needed and the processing is stabilized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy and efficiency by means of a simple device by lap-punching two overlapped continuous resin film materials having folded lines in the direction of both of endless widths, leaving one folded section not punched, and providing surplus margin sections on the other side of folded line and bottom section. CONSTITUTION:Folded lines are formed automatically on both sides in the longitudinal direction by the inflation film process to provide a continuous film cylinder 11 formed with the overlapping two films. The film cylinder 11 is supplied continuously to a punching machine 13 and lap-punched. At that time, a punching blade of a shape corresponding to given punching lines except the back folding section of a file is provided on the lower surface of a top force 14 of the punching machine 13. The film cylinder 11 is made into a two- folded subject having two sheets 16 and 17 of same shape by said arrangement, leaving one solded section 15 as it is. Also, surplus margin sections 16a and 17a on the opposite side of the folded section 15 and lower side surplus margin sections 16b and 17b are provided. A file having a paper holding section is manufactured by folding back said surplus margin sections 16a, 16b and 17a, 17b respectively to the inner side between the two sheets 16 and 17.
