摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline-type data access method for improving data access speed in a flash memory, and to provide a related apparatus. SOLUTION: A flash memory system 100 includes: a NAND flash memory 102 for storing data; a data buffer area 208 for temporarily preserving the data stored in the NAND flash memory 102; a comparator 210 for comparing a data reading address being the address of the data to be requested for reading in each received reading command with a data temporary preservation address being the address of the data temporarily preserved in the data buffer area 208, and generating comparison information; and an NOR flash memory interface 204 for determining from which one of the data buffer area 208 and the NAND flash memory 102 the data is read, based on the comparison information.
