    • PURPOSE: To provide a dolly which is easily transported, can be stored in smaller space than usual, maintained with ease, permits steering of its wheels with conventional handle operation, and permits the angle of a projector to be varied following the steering of the wheels by the handle operation. CONSTITUTION: An expansion column 2 having a handle 7 secured thereto is removably placed upright on a truck 1. When the expansion column 2 is removed from the truck 1, the dolly is divided into two members, i.e., the truck 1 and the handle-equipped expansion column 2 so that the dolly is easily transported and that it can be stored in smaller space than usual and maintained with ease. The expansion column 2 mounted on the truck 1 is supported in such a way as to freely turn in the horizontal direction, and a link mechanism is linked to the column in such a way as to follow the rotation of the column, so that wheels 1a can be steered by a handle operation similar to conventional handle operation, and so that the angle of a projector 3 can be varied following the wheels.

    • PURPOSE:To make fall of respective tubular pillars small even if a wire rope is cut off so as to surely prevent breakdown of devices provided on the upper end and insure safety of the circumference, and efficiently execute a work with no influence on the normal operation of an telescopic pillar. CONSTITUTION:When a wire rope 15 is cut off and the tractive force is lost, a pulley 8 together with a rotary shaft 8a are surely locked on the descent position by the energization force of a spring 28, a lock claw 23 is guided with a guide hole 25 and rotationally moved centering around a fixed shaft 24 so as to project in the direction of the circumferential wall of a tubular pillar 5, and the extreme end claw part 23a is engaged with an engaging part 26 so as to prevent fall of the tubular pillar 5. Even if force pushing back the lock claw 23 is applied to it, the fixed shaft 24 and the rotary shaft 8a function as a stopper so as to obstruct retreat of the lock claw 23, and while the energization force of the spring 28 is set so as to surely draw in the lock claw 23 by the tractive force of the wire rope 15, the reliable effect can be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light projector which can be carried easily with small force, for example by a woman, child, or the aged, be transported by a small- sized car, be stored in a general home, school, etc., and can be used at the site of road works as well as in a camping site, on the school ground, etc. SOLUTION: The construction can be divided into a dolly 1, an expansion column 2 with operating rod 7, and a light 3 with mounting frame 4 so that they can be carried easily even by a woman, child, or the aged. If the operating rod 7 is detained in the vertical direction, it is overlapped with an expansion column 2 and can be accommodated compactly, and it is easy to transport by a small-sized car or store in a warehouse. In the erected state, the rod 7 is turned in the condition detained in the horizontal direction and the expansion column 2 is rotated, and link mechanism will operate in pursuit after the rotation and the steering of the dolly 1 is made, and at the same time, the light 3 turns in a single piece with the column 2 so as to illuminate the moving direction of the dolly 1. The rod 7 is pushed in this condition, and the dolly 1 is moved in any desired direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deform an operation rod without being hindered by a handle for expanding/contracting operation projected to the outside surface of an expanding/contracting support in a light projector constituted so as to be capable of deforming so that the operation rod formed on the outside surface is overlapped in almost parallel to the expanding/contracting support. SOLUTION: An operation rod 7 projecting to right and left side of an expanding/contracting support 2 when used and formed in the support 2 is deformed in a state overlapped in almost parallel to the support 2 and folded up by rotating downward the right and left rod body. Even if a handle 52 projecting to the outside surface of the support 2 is located on the upper side of the operation rod 7 and in the vicinity of the operation rod 7, the folding up operation and assembling operation of the operation rod 7 are not influenced. By making the length of the expanding/contacting support 2 in a contraction state almost the same as the dimension in the length direction of carriage 1 or slightly shorter than it, the housing dimension is made furthermore short.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably fix a generator with wheels mounted on a truck and to facilitate mounting and demounting by providing a lock frame to regulate longitudinal and lateral movement of the generator, a lock member to regulate vertical movement thereof, and a stopper pipe to stop a fall of the lock member. SOLUTION: When, with a lock member 11 removed, a generator 5 is mounted on the generator mounting surface 1' of a truck 1, the right and left front wheels 5a and 5a and the right and left rear wheels of the generator 5 are contained in a part surrounded with a lock frame. In this case, longitudinal and lateral movement of the generator 5 is regulated. From this state, a lower end bent part 11b is inserted in the mounting hole 10e of an outer lock surface 10c and the lock member 11 is erected along the outer lock surface 10c. Further, the under surface of an upper bent part 11c is forced into pressure contact with the upper edge surface of the front wheel 5a and the generator 5 is fixed on the truck 1. Further, from this state, a stopper piece 12 is rotated to the lock shaft 14 side and inserted in a lock groove 12a, and nips the lock member 11 togetherwith the outer lock surface 10c to prevent a fall thereof.
