    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for hyposensitization therapy, which is easy to use and can provide a sufficient hyposensitization effect to suppress an allergic disease, and a prepartion method thereof, and to provide a method for creating an environment suitable for hyposensitization therapy of allergic disease, by which sufficient hyposensitization effect to suppress the allergic disease can be obtained with easy operation. SOLUTION: The medicine for hyposensitization therapy contains, as an active ingredient, a denatured allergen obtained by contacting and denaturing a proteinous allergen with a protein-denaturing agent. In the method for preparing the medicine for hyposensitization therapy, a denatured allergen is obtained by contacting and denaturing a proteinous allergen with a protein-denaturing agent. The method for creating an environment suitable for hyposensitization therapy is characterized by that the medicine for hyposensitization therapy is sprayed, in an amount sufficient to cause hyposensitization effect when the medicine comes into contact with an individual, within a living environment to create a condition suitable for hyposensitization. Alternatively, the method for creating an environment suitable for hyposensitization therapy may use a protein-denaturing agent. In this method, the protein-denaturing agent is sprayed within a living environment to create a condition suitable for hyposensitization.
