The user select the desired software from it, and notifies it to the host computer 21. The host computer 21 extracts the software selected from a software group 35 by the user, checks an operation environment by using an environment file 31 and thereafter stores it in a hard disk 25 of the terminal 23 via the communication line 22. The delivered software is automatically registered in a system, and a starting icon 37 is displayed in a warehouse window 36.
