The transmission device 1 is provided with a separation unit 3 and an adjustment unit 4. The separation unit 3 stores therein a plurality of extracted switching information after separating it for each type of signal. The adjustment unit 4 adjusts, according to a cycle in which switching information is received, the order in which the switching information output from the separation unit 3 is transferred.
